I love that all I need to do is type in an email or phone number and a message, and it will send to the customer! I love that I can see what type of info my customers are looking at and how long they look at it.
As for how it is used for internal use, it is a simple way to store files to help reps find them and keep them in a single app.
I dislike that I have to download the micro app before I send it. I don’t like that it opens up as a video before they can see the brochure (maybe that’s an aptive thing). I don’t like that I can’t see whether that my number has to be added by myself.
Use it. It is a key to the success of the majority of our top recruiters. We also use it to store training material that sales reps can access. We also use it to link other websites that reps can connect with through tiled. We send out contracts for reps to sign, and this tool allows us to be independent and gives ease of use for reps.
Not having to carry business cards I can get their number, and they can get mine in a simple email or text. It allows for easy communication with customers and potential oncoming recruits.
Tiled is very easy for graphic design teams to pick up. It won't replace the need for solid design thinking and user experience, but it sure makes it much easier to deliver on both. Now I can enable my graphic design team to go straight to producing for the web. We can change so much easier on the fly than ever before. We're excited for all that Tiled brings to our wheelhouse.
They're still young, so some of the widgets or unconventional tools we'd want are not "in the box" and require a 3rd party to creat, but that's changing quickly as they grow their partnership network and integrations.
We are solving for an industry that is so accustomed to the data dump of PPT and linear presentations. The trouble is, consumers don't have linear problems to be solved - they want to go right to the issues they care about first. If that issue is buried in a PPT, you're sunk. Tiled gives us the ability to keep presentations "between the guard rails" using approved assets but frees the sales team or user to navigate as they wish. We then get data on the backend about what they looked at and viewed...which makes for much greater additional outreach.

Tiled is an all-in-one online interactive building environment. While other programs require you to do all of the planning, graphical design, and implementation, Tiled allows for click-and-drag building from inception to publishing. Storyboarding can be done on the fly, as building is simplistic and routes can be changed.
Currently, the features are limited on the types of interactives you can implement. Honestly, this may also serve as a strength for decision making, as there would also be a learning curve for the customer with each new activity.
The ability to quickly build solutions for my students to work through tough concepts is amazingly beneficial. Rather than talking at them to clarify a concept, I can send them on a journey for them to actively learn.

Tiled created a simple and easy platform for us to create dynamic experiences for our internal teams. We tested these experiences with a small group, and their feedback made Tiled a no-brainer decision. I wish tiled had a simple dynamic link tool that would be easily compatible with a CSV file upload. I'm not a tech guy but I would like a simple, upload and link to an email system.
