There is nothing I dislike, although conscious that there are a lot of tools going on line and wonder if as part of it's development it can be linked with other tools.
If you genuinely are interested in making a difference to your employees and making your work place a better place to work - this is a great tool to have in the bag to help you achieve this. It will help identify where are your opportunities and your get on progressing towards this.
If you only want a survey for the sake of doing an engagement survey, don't get this!

Thymometrics team is in meeting our needs and addressing any concerns.The softwares functionality is excellent although having more options for analyzing and exporting data.
It lacks resolution of management and office issues.it doesnt provide solutions for tackling client application problems from within the organization or addressing metrics-related challenges.
This invaluable tool helps businesses gain an understanding of their workforce resulting in enhanced performance and reduced turnover .
The ability for staff to comment anonymously which allows staff to be truthful and honest. Also having the ability to deal with issues by department.
Nothing about the product in general. My only issue would be it's another product to engage staff to log in to regularly.
Nothing currently, however previously we have targeted departments to resolve management and office issues.
It's a really simple tool to implement. No administration from our end and an ability to add more than one 'survey' if want to ask our employees how they feel about other specific subjects such as remote working. Our employees love that it is quick and easy to complete and that they can submit ratings or comments to us whenever they want to share their thoughts with us. It's also very cost effective.
Not much! It would help if we could see the analysis more readily in excel or have more functionality to export the data, but other than that the functionality is great and they are always happy to amend it to our requirments and respond really quickly to any requests.

We're solving a lot of introspective client application issues, and solving a lot of metrics related problems.
It's always on. We can take a temperature check of our employee engagement, as a whole organisation or by team (or other category) at any time.
The communicate feature has been very valuable to give employees a voice (anonymously) and so that their comments don't just disappear. We answer every one and can have a dialogue about a tricky issue, even if we don't know who the employee is, it means people don't dwell on things and we find a resolution. Great that we can talk to a group of people because of their views also, to find out more contextual information, even if they are spread across the company - a very cool feature.
The alert points are calculated using a formula based on what's important to people and how satisfied they are about a factor of engagement. We let several people see the results, but this has been misinterpreted as just a satisfaction score before, which has caused some confusion.
Give it a try, it's really easy to set up and configure so that you're measuring the factors important to your organisation.
It only takes employees a few second to update their ratings, no long surveys.
It's measuring what's important too, so you can focus on what matters to people the most. (other surveys just ask about satisfaction, so you could end up reacting to data even if isn't that important to engagement).

Great to be able to have the US office and the UK office using the same system (traditional survey we used in the past was UK only).

It is incredibly easy to implement. So intuitive that anybody can do it. It used to be a pain to administer surveys around the office because everybody was afraid for privacy concerns, and Thymometrics really dissolved that problem.
There could be a few more customization visuals, but not a negative in terms of performance. It may also be improved by having the ability to bookmark or export data so everything can be very easily organized.
If you're looking for a simple, intuitive, easy to use interface., I would highly recommend Thymometrics.
