Ability to instantly see for new vulnerabilities what the exposure is within my organization. Rather than scanning blindly, Threatwatch has a view of our estate (based on sending metadata up to their saas cloud). This means as soon as a vulnerability is discovered by their AI we can confirm where we need to prioritize resources to patch / fix.
Having a feed of vulnerabilities only relevant to us means less security operations staff required to constantly monitor and do mundane work.
Driving down the time for detection of vulnerabilities and manual work.
Wish they had more products! Don't dislike anything about their product and would like to see more areas covered.
Stop always using the one vendor that we all have used for decades. use something modern and innovative!
Real time detection of vulnerabilities across our estate.
Complete - Helps us secure cloud, container, and code.
Effectiveness (improved productivity) - no need for scheduled scans and tracking
User friendly - agent-less and scan-less approach.
The experience has been outstanding. The Threatwatch team has been very responsive.
Pick ThreatWatch for your cloud, container, and code security requirements.
SaaS Cloud infrastructure security is highly simplified using ThreatWatch. Also, it provides coverage for containers and source code which is missing in most of the other solutions.
The Threatwatch Team has been great with helping integrate the scan-less product which is great for sensitive and legacy systems + cloud. The product can also detect containers, SSH weaknesses, CIS benchmarks + more. They are quick in providing requested enhancements and are awesome to work with. Great product!
Nothing at the moment. Whatever battles we face, the Threatwatch Team is on it.
If you have legacy or sensitive systems + cloud I highly suggest at least demoing Threatwatch.
We are working closely with Threatwatch to auto-generate ServiceNow ticketing systems. That if a system has a vulnerability risk score of 7, create a ticket for the Infrastructure Team to patch ASAP.
Ease of use - Agent-less, scan-less
Real-time threat and vulnerability intelligence
Comprehensive coverage - covers multiple dimensions of security from code —> containers —> cloud along with open source compliance
Continuous protection - No need for recurring scans
Nothing specific stands out as such. Few hiccups were sorted quickly by their team.
Being a startup in healthcare space, we were interested in achieving good breadth and depth when it came to security. We leveraged numerous capabilities in Threatwatch to improve our overall security posture from source code to deployment in cloud as below:
• Source code analysis
• Prevent vulnerability creep from 3rd party dependencies (libraries, modules, etc.)
• Web portal vulnerability analysis using DAST & SSL hardening
• Cloud Security Posture Assessment (based on CIS benchmarks)
• Vulnerability Assessment for cloud instances
Threatwatch helped secure our code, cloud and applications without agents and scans.
we find it a very useful tool best thing about threatworx is its agent-less ability, also its installation is very easy as comper to another tool. The support from the team is very quick and on point, they have identified issues in very less time.very good product
there is not anything to dislike about the product
we have lots of servers and it is hard to manage and see VA for every server but with help of threatworx we are easily managing that servers
The Threatwatch team is willing to collaborate on identifying new solutions that help us meet our business goals. They also and make their solution flexible so we can tailor it to our needs.
There is nothing specifically to dislike. Threatwatch is developing its technology, and so not all of its product features are mature. However, Threatwatch is willing to address specifics if it makes sense.
The main problem we are solving is understanding the risk we carry using open-source software. The tool monitors both license risk and security risk, and the information provided helps determine the appropriate course of action. In addition, the tool is used to determine CIS benchmark compliance for our cloud infrastructure.
Threatwatch(TW) provides a good internal tool (Twig) to look at Google Cloud Configuration.
TW also looked at our security policy and did a pen test on our website.
TW was very much focused on our(customer) needs and provided us with a good safety net.
They do provide some facilities for semi-automatic GCP audit. But I would like to be able to start the pen web test ourselves.
We are trying to find a company continuously that monitors the security of our Website/API and Google Cloud configurations.
Early warning for late breaking vulnerabilities
Comprehensive assessment with details for remediation/patch/exploit availability
Actionable Insights helped prioritize impacts automatically
Reporting feature.
The experience was good. Nothing on top of my mind that I disliked.
Problem: Vulnerability assessment for SaaS cloud infrastructure
Benefits:
Early alerts from ThreatWatch resulted in quick resolutions and improved security posture.
Improved productivity via automated notifications from TW coupled with actionable insights.
Early warning of the vulnerabilities
Comprehensive assessment with details for remediation/patch/exploit availability
actionable reports helped us to fix the problems immediately
There is a possibility of integrating the security testing in our CI/CD pipeline
There are lots of things as far as pentest is concerned. I wish TW could provide other tools as well to complete the offering as DIY pentest tool.
I am happy with the output that I got from TW. It helped us scan our infra with ease and correct it with precise resolution. I was impressed by the amount of databases that TW refers and gives a comprehensive picture of the security posture.
