Threads strives to continuously develop their software and stay ahead of hr needs. The performance review does a great job incorporating core values with KPIs. The feedback feature is very beneficial when it comes time to do reviews. It allows us to make reviews based on information from the entire year, not just what we remember from the past month. The new request feedback feature has helped our managers stay on top of yearly reviews and check-ins.
The software is everything we expected, so we have not experienced any negatives at this time.
If you have never heard of it, talk to their team! We talked to Sean, and he was great.

Have yet to find another tool that can help improve culture. Unique software allows for simplifying performance reviews, tracking and analyzing employee engagement and performance and does it all through the lens of the company's values.
Some functions could be improved for user ease, but overall no issues with threads!

Threads is super easy to use anywhere from an employee level, manager lever, and admin level. The performance reviews are easy to do. All manager are able to have them all in one place organized by their completion status. If managers have fallen behind, the admin is able to request the review which helps prevent difficulties when it is time to use the reviews for salary raises. Threads support is also super friendly! If you ever have questions or need assistance they enjoy helping you until every thing is the way you would like.
Truly I do not know any limitations with Threads. The software solves all our performance, employee engagement, and compensation needs.

Threads allows us to create value driven performance reviews, reward employees who contribute to overarching organizational success, and constantly stay connected with our employees through feedback/feedback requests.
Threads is great for increasing our employee engagement. The feedback feature allows all employees to leave feedback whenever necessary. The ability to turn visibility on and off has increased upper managements ability to understand what is occurring throughout the entire organization. Employees are receiving more positive feedback from their peers, and we are able to learn more about management styles through the 360 feedback. We also are able to request feedback from employees when more detailed information is needed. Everyone is more connected now and people are continuously sharing positive feedback with peers.
We do not have any dislikes with Threads. The software is evolving and solving more and more human resources needs.

Threads is a great tool to help facilitate communication between management and staff. Documentation is key in healthcare and Threads has helped track performance over the year, rather than just a snapshot in time like the yearly reviews used to seem to reflect.
There is not much to dislike about Threads. As a smaller company, it is easy to reach a live person to troubleshoot problems. The Threads team is very responsive.
Communication has been the biggest problem that has been solved with Threads. Before, management was very hands-off, and they still can be, but now at least we know more in detail why we receive the score we do on evaluations. The previous process was just a likert scale and comments weren't required.
