I cannot say enough about how much I love TherapyNotes! I’ve been with them for two years and I love how clean and organized the EHR is compared to other. The notes are extremely well-done and populate easily. I am hopeful there will be more custom forms soon like ROI and a more in-depth intake form but overall it is great!I had a calendar issue that caused me to go to another EHR, but that lasted only two days before I came back to TN. Lastly, I need to give a shout out to Derek J. in support; through two separate calls and numerous emails he was so fun to talk with and did not stop until he solved ALL of my issues. TN is at the top of the class. Support, functionality and silly memes makes them a must-have for your practice.

I spent two entire days on hold with an insurance company only to be met with an (understandably) frustrated representative who was unable to help me. In under 5 minutes my extremely cheerful Therapy Notes rep resolved my problems and taught me how what to do in the future. I am always met with a patient and kind representative whenever I contact Therapy Notes and they have always been so helpful in walking me through how to resolve my issues. I am a loyal customer to Therapy Notes not only because of their wonderful EHR but because of their incredibly knowledgeable and professional staff. Doing my own billing was a scary leap, however the TN team has been there to assist me and cheer me on every step of the way! I am SO grateful and highly recommend TN!

In the past, I used two different billing systems and last year I switched to TherapyNotes. The support I get from them is priceless. The ease of using their billing system is really matchless. I am very happy to make the switch and I plan to stick with them for a long time. They have several, very helpful features. I think any health care professional with issues in their billing/medical record system should at least sign up for the free trial. Highy recommend it.

The support team is super efficient, professional and very attentive to the needs of those who have difficulties understanding the nuances of revenue reports, patient billing and insurance claims etc. I was extremely pleased with the customer support received when I encountered any issues that I was not able to resolve on my own. I am a therapist in a busy solo practice. I do all of my own scheduling, billing, IT troubleshooting, and I make my own coffee. I have used TherapyNotes for my electronic records and billing for several years and it does everything I need it to (except bringing me coffee.) The customer service is excellent! They are quick, friendly, knowledgeable and patient and have gone the extra mile for me more than once. I recommend TherapyNotes without hesitation.

Have been using telehealth for years in my practice. Chose to integrate TherapyNotes with my office requirements ( therapy and process notes, BAA, etc) after a terrific trial period. They are everything they say they are...truly, "as advertised." Their costomer service could not be more responsive; the tutorials and forms library are complete. They are the perfect solution for this sole practioner...they make administration and compliance easy. Thank you.
