Solid Client/End User Experience

What do you like best about TherapyMate?

I like the online calendar functionality and being able to see all of my appointments coming up and past appointments in one place, along with the notes from each.

What do you dislike about TherapyMate?

I think the UI of the platform and site could use some updates to make it more appealing. Everything is very functional, just sort of feels like an outdated doctors office.

What problems is TherapyMate solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is allowing me to sign in to my account and see my appointment history and notes, pay for my appointments with my credit card and insurance, and allow me to see my doctor.
