I love that therapy appointment offers a grow with you pricing strategy. When you are just starting out, this helps minimize expenses (only $10) and then it slowly increases as your workload (and income) increase.
As with any EHR, setting up the insurance stuff can be cumbersome, but it is worth the effort.

It makes it very easy for receptionists and therapists to schedule new and existing appointments. I like that it shows you what's available for the day without showing the entire calendar. This makes it easy to cancel appointments or locate any client that may be scheduled for that day. It's also easy to communicate with your internal team with messages.
Visually it's not as pleasing as it could be and there should be email notifications for the messages. It could be better with a more modern look and notifications for certain things.

Better customer service and experience. One great benefit is having a customer portal where customers have control as well. Any system like this only enhances your company's performance.
It's easy to learn, easy to navigate, easy to find things, labeled nicely and in a way that makes sens.
That for multiple providers, when you use the side-by-side view to search a client name, you can just go to that patient chart. Also, the posting screen is hard to read.

The benefits are that it is easy to navigate, so people who have never used TA can pick it up fast.
I like the features which allow for documents to be uploaded and stored, keeping everything in one place. I like that I can schedule appointments for our new clients using this software. I recently began using this software (just a month ago) and it took mess less than a week to become familiar and comfortable with using this software in my work.
We use the Legacy interface, and there are parts of it that seem/look rather dated. I am not sure what might be different about using the 2.0 version.
We are able to book clients, store information and forms, and I am grateful to be able to see the availability of various counselors all in the same place. We are using it to stay organized as a team and have a good idea of availability at our fingertips.
