What do you like best about TheraPlatform?
Customer support on this TheraPlatform has been top notch since clients’ portal is robust and direct to use. This is supported by the user interface being friendly. Expanded telehealth features and increased clinicians can support numerous customers at a given time.
What do you dislike about TheraPlatform?
When it comes to its integration, support services like insurance and finance integrate into different infrastructures faster. Work flow between the software is low making its effectiveness lag behind.
Recommendations to others considering TheraPlatform?
This platform bridges the geographical distance between clinicians and clients in matters related to health. It benefits clients by improving their health and it creates employment to clinicians
What problems is TheraPlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clinicians schedule meetings with clients using secure chats and interact with them either through videoconferences or audio calls. The platform also provides setting up and sending out of reminders to clients either through texts or emails checking on progress or start new sessions.

The software is automated, where all services are offered in a central location, and this makes everything straightfoward and remote.

Besides, the TheraPlatform shares all the resources online, and there is a customer help team that gives an insightful detail of how to use a client portal. The paymen methods are integrated with online structures that accepts all form of payments and users have the option of viewing their status.

Finally, the tool reaches many users, as it has expansive services that are ideal and beneficial.

The solution has operational mechanisms, that have accurate explainer, and the available online sructures are detailed to create awareness ot all the users. There is nothing that limits the implementation or operational process of this remarkable platform.

The platform helps most users to better organize the list of patients as well as provide monitoring of the patients Ethical and superlative for providing online services to health care providers
What do you like best about TheraPlatform?
The product is easily accessible as the users need to just log in and the client has to just wait in the waiting room and also send an email as a reminder to the client. The program also has a very simple interface that is very easy to use by even no tech individual as it is a straightforward tool. The product is great as most of the users have to book their appointments with the platform as it has a virtual agenda. The elebaorate communication that the app has used through the customer assistance is helpful.
What do you dislike about TheraPlatform?
There is not much to complain about the product but its users have to first pay before using it which most of the time doesn’t favor its users as some may not afford it. But the available features are consistently helpful and operational.
What problems is TheraPlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software is advanced which has helped in terminating paperwork and has also greatly helped in improving clinical productivity in most of the hospitals. The product helps most of the patients to be engaged and participate in therapy sessions as it is an interactive app.

Best therapy followup software.
What do you like best about TheraPlatform?
It is easy to access. I like the quick log in and my clients are usually waiting on the waiting room. I like how an email reminder is sent out to the family as well.
What do you dislike about TheraPlatform?
No dislike so far but I would love a feature that tracks design to session items that were used, levels and percentages.
Recommendations to others considering TheraPlatform?
Best software to use in planning all details for your clients who are in nutritional therapy with ease and simplicity. I highly recommend the software to others.

As a result of interactive apps ,we are able to keep our clients engaged in the therapy process!

What do you like best about TheraPlatform?
This program is user friendly and does not require much efforts from the client. The audio and video also looks and sounds perfect.

What I dislike most about this program is that you have to pay before using it.

What do you like best about TheraPlatform?
It is a program very easy to use and configure, in terms of its operation is very comprehensive that allows from billing to registration of patients, as well as treatment plans, with this tool will transform the perception of the business, as well as patient management, ie up the level to the optimization of processes associated with patient records and management, facilitating the work in relation only to the design of the recovery plan to be performed by the patient.

Easy to use and multifunctional tool.
What do you like best about TheraPlatform?
It is a program with a modern and friendly interface, so it reduces the learning curve, being very easy to use and configure, I liked the variety of functions offered, so it is also a very comprehensive package of functional characteristics . Undoubtedly what I like the most is that it serves as a virtual agenda since it facilitates the booking of appointments with my patients, in addition to generating reminders, about all the programmed activities, in addition it allows to create admission forms, follow-up progress, for what becomes a database. On the other hand, it has a customer portal and allows free videoconferences.
What do you dislike about TheraPlatform?
I would like it to be more flexible in terms of customization is to say to be able to enter the logo of our medical center, because if we can insert the staff, address, would be extraordinary to start session reflected somewhere on the screen logo as well as the name of the professional (physiotherapist).
What problems is TheraPlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?
Undoubtedly, it allows for a better organization of the list of patients, as well as providing the possibility of monitoring or monitoring patients, establishing a greater connection between us (the medical staff) and the patients and verifying their evolution during the protocol of recovery exercises. It does provide a unique combo of practice management and video conferencing, and I'd be happy if they fixed the problems bugs, shoddy communication, and zero accountability for problems

What do you dislike about TheraPlatform?
Tech support people (or is there just one person named Bartosz?) do/does not communicate smoothly in written English, and either ignores or does not understand important facts related to the platform's dysfunction.   There are bugs that are just treated as status-quo:  I wanted to offer one client a discounted rate for a consultation.  You cannot do this on Theraplatform.  You have to create a new "service" that is cheaper that other clients may see and potentially choose from.  This happened to me in Dec 2019, and when I got a new client, the new client selected the cheaper service for their first session.  When I realized this,  I deleted the cheaper service.  The new client scheduled again in January, & I had checked the service/rate for the new client and confirmed it was the normal rate.   The discounted-rate service was deleted from my account (by me, to be safe), but somehow the new client was able to continue to pay the lesser amount & enter the therapy room (which tells me that they have paid, based on selecting "require payment").   This happened two more times, because I didn't immediately go check to see what they paid.  The client billing page showed that the client had outstanding balances from 3 sessions, even though I selected the higher rate & required payment before they enter the therapy room.   Bartosz continues to assert that I did not select the correct service for this client.   My options are to eat the loss or tell the client Theraplatform screwed up and ask them to settle up.
Recommendations to others considering TheraPlatform?
PS- there is no option to have clients prepay for sessions (except just before they enter the virtual therapy room). There is no way for me to remove Social Security Number from the demographic data requested by the client (I don't want this info; don't bill insurance). There have been several unsuccessful attempts to enroll new clients with their email address (which sends them an invitation to fill out forms and schedule). There is no mechanism to tell me if the email was not sent to the client (these emails are not available to the therapist - they happen 'behind-the-scenes' with no record added to a client file... ) And while I appreciate multilingualism and respect anyone learning English in order to further their software career, English-speaking Theraplatform potential clinicians should know in advance that there is a language barrier in dealing with Theraplatform by phone or email if any problems arise.
What problems is TheraPlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?
There seems to be one person who handles tech problems. The training videos and tech's communication indicate that they are not native English speakers, and the [lack of] intuitiveness and clarity is reflected in this. BE WARNED!

Shady billing practices
What do you like best about TheraPlatform?
This software is comparable to others.... nothing special.
What do you dislike about TheraPlatform?
Poor customer support and super shady billing practices. They refuse to change my billing cycle such that I don't have to pay upfront for half of a year that I won't use and they hold onto my unused money for a year before they will apply it to my account.
What problems is TheraPlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are not solving my problem whatsoever. I'm also struggling to get someone to respond to a request to add another practitioner. I'm so frustrated with them.

Horrific Customer Service
What do you like best about TheraPlatform?
They had great marketing and I was convinced their product would be great. The system was glitchy and I was unable to have "smooth" telehealth interactions with my clients, thus prompting me to cancel, which they state "didn't happen" so they charged me for another month and then didn't allow me access to the service I was charged for b/c I had canceled. It makes no sense whatsoever and is a predatory business practice.
What do you dislike about TheraPlatform?
Atrocious. I canceled my account only to still be charged. When I emailed customer service they stated I had never canceled (despite me clearly going in, selecting cancel, the reason, etc) and told me I needed to do it again. I did, the DAY the money was drafted from my account. They then shut my account down permanently and refused to refund my money. Thus, I paid an entire month for a service that I am unable to access and they refused to refund my money after I had already done my due diligence and canceled the account. I asked no less than 3 times to speak with a supervisor and was denied. Save yourself the headache and choose another telehealth provider.

DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM.
What problems is TheraPlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?
They refuse to allow me to speak with a supervisor to solve any problem. I had hoped to use this platform to provide telehealth services during covid-19 but their predatory practices have left me without a refund and inability to properly serve my clients using this therapy platform.
