Contractzy team is cooperative and supportive.. The software is very user friendly which I find helpful in managing the contract. Legal Capsule feature has been a game changer, for my firm. Honestly I cant think of any downsides to using Contractzy.

Im not particularly fond of the features and customization options. If we had control over the contract management process it will be better .I feel that customer support could be more prompt.

5 stars to The Legal Capsule. It is one of the best CLM platforms I have come across. I had tried a few CLM platforms for my business and had to face a lot of issues. The Legal Capsule made my job stress free with its excellent features. I wish I had switched to The Legal capsule much earlier.

A user-friendly software, easy to operate, and the Contractzy team helps resolve any query or issue faced while using the software quickly and within TAT. Would recommend it to other peers.

Though the software is user-friendly, multiple glitches are often faced while utilizing the service. Such as placement of signatures, uploading stamp papers etc., but the Contractzy team immediately helps as soon as they are informed about any such glitch. Also, the Stamp paper is not sent with the printable matter to the client even after ticking the check box for which the Stamp paper had been utilized.
