Scheduling features. The ability to run payroll reports.

Various bugs & not being informed of any changes made to how a certain feature works.

What do you like best about The HindSite Solution?

I like the mapping feature in hindsite. This allows you to book appointments within a reasonable distance of one another. I like the Mass Email feature. I am still new to the software, but it seems endless as to what you can do with the software. Good reporting features, awesome support staff (very patient staff), some good appointment features, such as mapping.

What do you dislike about The HindSite Solution?

I don't like how it thinks you are always rescheduling an appointment when you are not. If you are clicking on each day and happen to click on a customers appointment, it wants to reschedule the appointment for the previous customer you were looking at. You should be able to click from customer to customer without it asking you if you want to save, because a lot of times nothing was changed, yet it asks if you want to save the information, then I forget if I changed anything so not sure if I want to save it or not. I'm constantly re-booking appointments that don't need to be re-booked.

Recommendations to others considering The HindSite Solution:

The software is great, just difficult to use for appointments. It has a lot of positive features and you can do so much with it. Their team will customize reports, and train you everyday if you need it. The support team is outstanding, and will work patiently with you to do whatever you need the software to do. I

I like how it integrates with Quickbooks and sends information to populate on the invoice.
