Managing much more than just experiences
What do you like best about The Experience Manager?
It's quick, easy and intuitive to get up. Just as easy to scale. Adding in team members to the experiences is such a cool feature also being able to manage their edit permissions. Linking the experiences to the KPIs is a genius move. And the innovation area where anyone can add experience improvement ideas then comment, upvote/downvote etc is something I now couldn't live without.
What do you dislike about The Experience Manager?
Having to switch over from my current software was a bit annoying but once it was done I was glad I did it.
Recommendations to others considering The Experience Manager?
If you need to manage experience design and delivery across an entire organisation then this if to tool for you.
