"The Customer Factor is a report and totals organizer"
What do you like best about The Customer Factor?

I like the interface of this software, it's a useful tool, where you can choose ways to organize what time, see the monthly / weekly / daily totals, find customers is also pretty simple, the option of processing credit cards is easy and fast, nothing complicated programming, payroll report option, GPS tracking for employees, among other things

What do you dislike about The Customer Factor?

The payroll of employees does not have a good column for the amount of time each employee is, the sources that are designated on the platform or desk are not totally fast in the system, in addition the windows of adding users that estimates a bubble by default, causes many frustrations in the system

Recommendations to others considering The Customer Factor:

I was looking to save time and ensure that all the necessary information is received, put together the factor of client regardless of the size of your service business and which your client can manage its operation to all suppliers and thus have a better perspective of work and profession in the company, in a few words it is a very useful and economical software for all the functions that it grants

What problems is The Customer Factor solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has helped me to send a very professional estimate to the prospects to let you know more about the company, provide testimonials, give service terms and the list of verification of the services that we perform in my client management system as well as all the information of my business within this program, I can easily update any client profile with new information

What do you like best about The Customer Factor?

It is software that helps us to manage services and improve the productivity of the company, is also a simple way to track customers. It is very useful for my business.

What do you dislike about The Customer Factor?

I would love them to add the calendar option, they could enable some options but that are not paid, this is a bit frustrating

Recommendations to others considering The Customer Factor:

It is a robust program with which you can supplement with effort, little by little it will be done more simple but it does not stop being an excellent option for the above, since you can help watching tutorials

Now with CF I have a great capacity to communicate with my clients without any inconvenient, I can perform the proper follow-up and correct programming

What do you like best about The Customer Factor?

There are such huge numbers of highlights, the auto-messaging, bunch charging and Mastercard processing, the survey/input segment. Simple approach to monitor every one of your clients and calendar arrangements.

What do you dislike about The Customer Factor?

I have not found anything I dislike about it.

Very easy to customize for your business.

What problems is The Customer Factor solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's my client the executives framework so all data for my business in inside this program. The application is incredible for workers to check in/out and see all the appropriate data for every customer. I can undoubtedly refresh any client profile with new data and the worker will see it when they are alloted to that customer. It spares time and ensures they get all the data required.

What do you like best about The Customer Factor?

I like the credit card processing option-it's easy and quick, scheduling, payroll report option, GPS tracking for employees, and the Big Proposal has been a new favorite option to send all prospects an estimate and more information about my company. There are more capabilities of this program that I haven't used yet but sure I will as time goes on and I learn more about each one.

What do you dislike about The Customer Factor?

I would like to be able to see the clock time in/out within each customer profile service history. I would like the employee payroll report to have a column for quantity of time each employee is clocked in for and not just the full duration of time. I would like the fonts that I designate in the desktop platform be the same in the app and I would like to be able to set a font preference so I don't have to keep changing it.

Recommendations to others considering The Customer Factor:

CF is a very robust program and once you have the initial training is easy to use. Steve is very helpful and guides you through hands on with any questions you have. There are also tutorials to follow.

What problems is The Customer Factor solving and how is that benefiting you?

Benefits have been the Big Proposal and the payroll management. the Big Proposal allows me to send a very professionally laid out estimate to prospects to let them know more about the company, provide testimonials, our terms of service and check list of services we perform. It's my customer management system so all information for my business in within this program. The app is great for employees to clock in/out and see all the pertinent information for each client. I can easily update any customer profile with new information and the employee will see it when they are assigned to that client. It saves time and makes sure they get all the information needed.

There are so many features, the auto-emailing, batch billing and credit card processing, the app, the review/feedback component.

What do you dislike about The Customer Factor?

There is not much to dislike. The software has everything I need to run, manage and grow my business.

Recommendations to others considering The Customer Factor:

Regardless of the size of your service business The Customer Factor can handle your operation. I have demo'd every provider out there and this is the best I've come across.

What problems is The Customer Factor solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have great ability to communicate with my clients. The text messaging when the team is on the way is great. My billing at the end of each day is one click of the mouse.

Super easy to use. New features added regularly. Great customer service. Used them my entire lifespan of my business.

Maybe a feature to be able to check in completed but unpaid work.

Keeps everything nice and organized and on schedule. Great reports to look at to help with business optimization.

Love it sends a quote button they can say yes to the quote or decline.

We also have QuickBooks and we wish it intergrated with the Books more so we do not have to add it twice.

What do you like best about The Customer Factor?

I like the color organizing of this system, I think that can be a useful tool, it's nice that you can choose ways to organize what you see. It is useful that you can see what the monthly/daily/weekly totals are. Searching customers is also pretty simple.

What do you dislike about The Customer Factor?

I really do not like how when you are adding a customer/appointment it pops up in a separate window. It makes it very annoying and not user friendly. It is also very frustrating that when you are scheduling a job and let's say the default bubble at the top is "job" and you enter all of the customer's information and switch it to "estimate" it erases everything! I just don't think the scheduling in this system is easy and it causes me a lot of frustrations.

Recommendations to others considering The Customer Factor:

I am sure there are some people who love Customer Factor, but there are many other scheduling systems I would recommend more, like house call pro, etc.

What problems is The Customer Factor solving and how is that benefiting you?

Honestly, We aren't really solving any problems with Customer Factor, it schedules jobs, and completes the tasks we are using it for, but I do wish the company owner who uses this scheduling system would switch to something else.
