The Cloud Connectors understands the technical needs of each employer and their systems and tools to bring greater connections between HR technologies. They are eager to help and very involved as a partner.
The process can be longer than a flip of a switch, but this delay is often on the side of the organization purchasing their services and not a reflection of their services. They have a very focused business model. A recommendation is to be ready for the integration as soon as an agreement is reached in order to move quickly.
Connecting challenging HR systems
Extremely responsive, and their many years of expertise building direct integrations with ATS & HR tech solutions translates quickly into fully functioning and supported integrations in a very short period of time.
It is not inexpensive, and the pricing model can be confusing.

They worked hard to meet every request we made and have the expertise to execute correctly and accurately. They have quickly become a vital partner to us that we see integrating into our career site solutions.
Not sure there is anything I disliked, they've been great to work with. We haven't gone live yet so I suppose there could be issues but up to this point it has been a great experience.
We needed to make a connection between the clients ATS and our career site CMS and they managed to connect, through API, both ends so they were mapped and worked exactly as needed.

Their ability to deploy robust integration frameworks for HR Tech vendors and their users, that can deal with complex requirements in a simple way.
Not enough people in HR Tech know about them!
The problem of managing a large number of deep integrations between HR tech softwares. Traditionally these are really difficult maintain and ensure 100% uptime, especially when the target software is updating and changing. For HR Tech vendors a solution like this is particularly important when they are scaling fast, when new customers are coming on boaird quickly, and where cost effective and easly deployable integrations are essential.
It was a pleasure to work with Cloud Connectors and their SME on RTI's iCIMS Talent Cloud project. We appreciate Charle Prevost's expertise that was entirely additive to the project. Thank you.
There were no negative experiences on this engagement; just a lot of tedious deliverables that always test the will of a great team.
API Builds
The immediate ability to recognize things to come and address quickly. Their easy of use with the platform and quick response times.
Timezone issues have come into play, but they have accommodated them.
Integrations with Oracle based solutions.
Their unique vendor solutions provide integrations on a wide scale that can be customized but still mass updateable. This is a HUGE differentiator and benefit
Issues may arise during integration project buildouts, but these guys ensure it works in the end and long term
HR Tech Vendors need to be integrated with core solutions to sell their products, and they need a solution that can provide a scalable solution.
TCC's integration consultant was outstanding and worked tirelessly to support our evolving integration needs. He went above and beyond for us, giving us the best customer service we have seen. This was mirrored with signing up a contract and dealing with the inevitable bumps along the way.
The transition from implementation to customer support was unclear, and we found ourselves missing their guidance through this. For example we found issues but were blind to what see what happened. As true partners we got the access needed and found a solution but this was our only area of "dislike".
We have a legacy corporate system UKG where we do corporate reporting from and payroll. Our business as an Animation Studio required more functionality tailored to our unique needs. So we needed the two systems to talk to one another to reduce headcount doing manual entry.

Their collaboration and capability to reduce internal efforts on daily and real time integration needs between your application and other 3rd party applications. Their Customer Support is excellent.
There is little I dislike. If I had to pick one item, I suppose it would be communicating the requirements, but likely more on our side than theirs.
We did not have a strong REST API skill set on our team and REST API integrations were becoming the preferred integration method by our organization and Cloud Connectors filled that gap. They have worked with our organizations in the past couple of years on two large initiatives integration with our HR System, Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP where we have a subset of employees that are hired and paid through and ADP product and built real time integrations between ADP and Oracle HCM. Most recently on another large project as we transitioned from the Oracle Taleo Recruiting platform to iCIMS, they built on REST API, the integrations from HCM to iCIMS of our Employees, and Organizational Data. Then from iCIMS to HCM, the hire integtration.
