The software from 7bridges enhanced our understanding of carrier costs and performance at a detailed level, empowering us with the ability to make choices based on solid data. Through simulations, we could assess the effects of modifications within our network as well as see optimisation recommendations. This helped us run a robust procurement exercise that provided much better outcomes than we’ve ever seen before

It’s also easy to use and didn’t require IT setup which was a big plus. We’re now expanding to use 7Bridges to automate our dispatch processes across multiple locations and geographies and the process has been seamless.

The overall functionality is great but I had to zoom out to see everything as I have small screen. This is easy enough though and gives me a wider field of view.

The platform in its current form is a powerful tool. In combination with the 7B team, the platform is an enrichment for our needs and the support is very good. The developers are able to put themselves in our position and are looking for the best solutions for us.

Not all needs are covered by the platform yet for us and need further development, which is on its way.

7bridges gave us visibility of the costs and performance of our carriers, allowing us to make data-driven decisions. We used simulations to determine the impact of changing things in our network, which gave us much more powerful analytical capabilities. We were then able to apply operational changes much more easily by editing constraints in the platform (which we used to book shipments); previously we would have to do a lot of training and wait for IT. 7bridges software helped us make much quicker, informed decisions and give us control over our supply chain in an intuitive platform.

There are some features/functionality that we thought would be already available, e.g. ability to optimise for consolidation, which weren’t. However 7bridges were good at recognising gaps, listening to needs and developing solutions. The implementation was slower than originally proposed, however we still rolled out the software much faster than other software implementations.

7bridges is enabling us to improve our supply chain much quicker, as we’re not reliant on IT. With the visibility of all data in once place and the ability to ask ‘what if’ questions, we’re able to make better and quicker decisions and then realise those benefits faster (e.g. using new carriers, changing things operationally). It means that we have more control over our supply chain, helping us achieve our cost and performance targets.

Working with 7bridges is awesome. The platform itself is really performing and highly customisable.

Ths platform is simple to use, and the team are open and willing to work with you to create the exactly what is required to achieve your end goals. The customer experience and support team have been by our side walking us through the start of our journey, but also support on the next steps in our digital journey. From the customisation phase, to the "go-live", the overall implementation was relatively seemless. Our journey began simply by creating a baseline for logistic spend, considering of previous method of data collation and analysis was purely analog/manual in nature. This is where we have already seen benefits from the various options and features available throughout the platform.

Whilst many components of the platform have been well established, there are many others that are only just beginning their creation and journey, a lot of which we know would be benefitial to our organisation.

Always available to support and a proactive-thinking team, very willing to learn customer's growing business requirements. Implemation of data is straight forward as 7Bridges quickly understands our data and their back-end team utilises their technology to make presentable visuals, presented via an online portal that's easily accessible, view and offers the ability to customise.

As this is a data driven platform, it's important to have the required information in the right format to best integrate all the features and simulations. Without the right uniform format across all the vendors' reports, could limit the depth of data analysis the platform deserves and able to offer.

7Bridges presents data analysis quickly in usable reports that's as close to live data as data are gathered and integrated. The online platform enables fast search of past invoices and reviewing of historical costs. Additionally, highlights potential disputable charges. Previously, this was done manually and was a time consuming process when needing to find a months-old invoice for the accounts team.

Having access to all data, in a consistent, transparent and usable format, enables smart business thinking - based on evidence based insights.

I would have preferred more regular ROI updates and suggested operational change reports, delivered in a more formal way.

Before 7bridges, like most companies, we were totally reliant on manual checks and balances to assess the cost and quality of our logistics 3rd party providers. We also had very little operational insight into how we might improve our overall logistics & supply chain delivery, as before 7bridges, we had very little actionable data. The implementation with 7bridges began to change this.

7 Bridges has been building next-generation capabilities with its platform and have the in-house Global Logistics capabilities to build out many different logistics capabilities. They are full functioning support to global logistics needs, and with working with pharmaceutical companies, they have great expertise in regulatory and quality needs.

No Dislikes to mention. They are growing so quickly in so many different areas, there may be some growing pains to keep up.

In addition, the auditing part of the solution makes it possible to have a full audit of all your shipment invoices, automating the claim process.

Very painless implementation coupled with a user-friendly platform allows your company to quickly benefit from the system, which results in visible cost savings and rapid return on investment.

Still looking for something negative or a weakness to the solution. Some might argue that it should integrate an OMS to be even more beneficial for ECommerce business, but it is not the Core Business of 7Bridges.
