I sent myself a test postcard, it looks good and when I tested the QR code I was immediately notified. So, I like the prompt response and it was delivered in a timely manner also.

I’ve been a real estate broker for 37 years, and most vendors just want to sell you more stuff without caring about the results. Not Thanks.io! They told me to send less and spend less—who does that?

Their tracking portal is amazing! I can see exactly how many people are engaging with my mail, and my response rates are now between 3% to 50%—far better than the 0.5% I used to get. Their monthly program has been a game-changer for my real estate business and other ventures. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. I had an issue on an order I placed and needed to cancel it after their 1 hour window policy. I emailed support and they emailed me back within 10 minutes. Their quick response saved me a lot of wasted money. I honestly did not expect them to respond so quickly.
