I have always been impressed with TextUs. Their customer service is unmatched and any issues we have (either user questions or rare technical difficulties) are always answered and resolved swiftly and efficiently.

I like that TextUs is easy & convenient. I have the mobile app as well. So if I miss a message on my computer it comes straight to my phone. Their IT/tech team is always quick to e-mail when there are major issues with the system. They also respond whenever I submit tickets about issues that I have, and they always follow up on the issue until it's resolved.
I don't like scheduling campaigns to go out & the system goes down, sometimes they are sent out of order and/or to the wrong person.
They're always quick to notify us when an issue has arisen and quickly fixes it in minimum 24-48 hours.
It's immediate for both send and reply. You are able to schedule messages to be sent out at a later time. I love how it's been integrated into our system for documentation purposes.

Templates, ease of use, speed track day-to-day communication quickly.
I wish that it connected better with our companies API, I have to manually add contacts which is the most time consuming part of the process. I can use my companies pre-set texting templates, but I can't personalize the templates so I just add manually into the textus Chrome Extension.
Also, I have to uninstall and reinstall the chrome extension maybe once a month. Sometimes daily if I work from my laptop versus company-provide PC.
Speeding up candidate communications. I use it to piggy-back on my emails to candidates to get them to review my email and have the experience feel more personalized.
