I love that I can use my landline number and get the texts messages on my PC, get email notifications of the texts, and even use the TextMagic app so I can receive work texts on my personal phone that uses a different phone number. I've been quickly assisted by a knowledagle person when I've called cutstomer support. Price, integrations, implementaion have all been great and easy! I use it every day.
The app on my phone works great and I use my web browser to use TextMagic on my PC. But the "desktop app" started having loading problems so I stopped using it and that is why I do it from the web browser instead.
The ability to use a landline phone number as a "textable" phone number so my customers have another form of contact to reach me. I needed an actual landline for my business purposes and I'm glad I can use the same number to send and receive texts through the TextMagic service.
Large number of Technical functions and design make the service amazing.
Nothing really but perhaps a few features could be tweaked but support is good and they look at isssues.
It manages the end to end text flow and allows integration with other business processes.
We do like the great choice of possibilities which are easy to adapt and use.

We have tried several texting systems for our patients as this is hands down the easiest, simplest and has saved our clinic time.
I really can't think of anything other than it took us too long to find TextMagic!
We do not use it for marketing as noted above as that was the only option. Being able to get word out to our patients if there is a weather issue as well as the normal appt text reminders.
Ease of use, no monthly contract, top up credit when you need to use it.

We don't use textmagic for SMS marketing, we use it for client support.
We needed some way to easily send texts to clients before and whilst they travel with us and Textmagid delivers that.
Text Magic is so easy to use. I can send a text to all of my employees or just employees in certain groups that I've created. One of the most important tools I use for communication.
I would like to be able to turn off replies.
