The most helpful part is configuring recurring messages that keep users well informed about our services. The downside is the lack of multimedia

The downside is the lack of multimedia, packages come with services i don't use making it pricy

I like the pricing. The easy way of doing things it offers and the strong customer support they give.

There were no downsides using this software. Its all good as of now.
