What do you like best about Tethr?

I love that you can search for specific words or phrases heard in calls and create reports from it. It's super helpful for me as a marketer to hear how people are finding us in the advertising world.

What do you dislike about Tethr?

There's not much I dislike about Tethr. It's an easy platform to use a naviagate.

What problems is Tethr solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a member of the marketing department, Tethr helps me and my team understand what marketing channels are creating the best call response. Hearing customers mention Facebook, or a post card, or a radio or TV ad helps me know where to continue to spend for advertising. This helps our company optimize our ROI by spending more where customers are responding to our ads.

What do you like best about Tethr?

I like how customizable it is, there are a lot of things that can be added to be picked up for one certain critria.

What do you dislike about Tethr?

The only thing I hate is that it doesn't hear some things right so it doesn't pick up what it should because of slurring or maybe slang so I would like some more relax pick up with tethr

Just to make sure we are staying within compliance with the reps.

What do you like best about Tethr?

I love the filters, filters are easy to use and very specific, in the way they are organized.

What do you dislike about Tethr?

Sometimes it gets slow. But after reloading it gets faster and I can keep working on it.

What problems is Tethr solving and how is that benefiting you?

The filter helps me to locate interactions very easily and quickly, I also like the way Tethr would give me tips and points that need attention like the effort and the greeting agents need to provide. I also like the way I can leave notes and edit the evaluations in case I make any mistakes.

The filters pull out the information in the easiest way, making tasks easy to finish and the information clear and concise, Tethr is the best platform I've used.

When using Tethr sometimes it gets slow sometimes it's difficult to analyze the information when this type of issue happens besides that I think is a good platform.

What do you like best about Tethr?

really easy to use, fast, mostly stable, You can build reports easily and fast, view graph information, organize information on a daily basis, reports are available right away and they are realy easy to design, read and submit. Once You enter info it's updated on real time. Never have need to use customer support, it's working almost all the time during my shift.

What do you dislike about Tethr?

sometimes it shows an error that is not available, but if you refresh or go back, starts to work inmediately

What do you like best about Tethr?

Tethr allows us to set a standard and monitor it in real time. It identifies when a standard is not met, and we can work to resolve it immediately. Its had a great impact on internal quality assurance.

What do you dislike about Tethr?

I don't have many complaints. Tethr is limited by the amount of data you have and it's quality. I guess some could say although it has many features, it isn't fully intuitive. Not understanding a tool and using it incorrectly can have bad consequences.

What problems is Tethr solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has help us standardize external customer communication, as well as set internal quality standards for customer interaction. In addition, it helps us monitor these standards and correct them in real time. Once an issue is identified, we have all the data neccessary to improve.
