I like API integration with automation frameworks, such as Playwright and Typescript!

I don't have any dislikes or negative fidbacks about Testrail!

It is a tool for managing tests, QA processes, execution and reporting

Handling test rail for fresher is very easy, number of features are also good than other products.

For now we are facing some UI issue of testrail.

Our organisation has reported to increase in filters, Testrigor solved that problem and now it's easy to apply filter to make our work easier.

I have been using testrail for the past 2years, Cost efficient and Easy in Use, I am able to save my valuable time.

When i click a test case, it should open in a new tab but it opens in the same tab.

I am able to analyze the deployment works and how it has been performed

TestRail is an industry standard in Software testing. It has a streamlined and easy to use design that makes our testing process run smoothly.

The only thing I can say negatively about Testrail is that I wish the Reporting feature was a bit more extensive and customizable.

Without TestRail, we would be using Excel spreadhseets to contain all of our data and test results. As an educational organization, we do teach our participants about using spreadsheets for testing data but we have always explained that this is not the best method to use. TestRail helps us better organize all of our testing data in a way that makes it easy for our participants to use.

JIRA integration and traceability is the best part of testrail.

It automates our testing, and it helps us review and have a good traceability of our product before it's live in PROD.

2. Ability to configure test cases in combination for different environments and browsers, OS etc. 3. Can generate detailed reports to present to stakeholder and management.

4. Integration with Jira eases the need to map to a user story / bugs / task

5. The test plan hierarchy helps to create test cases easily and it helps reduce redundancy between test cases.

6. Very easy to navigate using the user interface.

7. Ability to lock a test plan where it can no further be modified.

8. Capable to run test cases in multiple environments and check the run history.

2. Reporting system is a little complicated to understand and utilize effectively.

3. Searching for a past completed story is difficult unless to navigate from Jira.

TestRail helps our team with the test case management, so all info is in one place. It helps with treceability of stories / bugs. We have multiple releases and we can easily configure the dashboards, test suotes and test runs, so we are not spending too much time in managing these activities instead of actually testing the software.

UX is perfect you can build your test plans and see the progress. Integration with Jira is good enough.

Reports need some improvements.

Would be good to integrate with Automation tools like Endtest

User friendly and best tool to use and it has the best ways of creating test suites.

Everything is awesome and nothing to dislike.

We are able to create separate sub suites for test cases and amazing test run sections.
