TestLodge is quite user friendly. I am not confused navigating through and using it. It does not have too many extra features in my opinion, which is what I was looking for while searching for a test management tool. Oh, and superb customer support!

1. I wish its testcase would allow separate 'Expected result' field for each test step. Usually we write testcases to test multiple functionalities inside one test case. If I had the ability to 'add' a test step within particular testcase with an expected result as needed - that would be better.

2. Team management. We have multiple projects. And those projects have mulitple users. When adding a new user, it would be better if I could select a project right there upon adding that new user, instead of doing so after having added the user.

The support team was incredibly helpful, in solving them. This tool is excellent for businesses. The pricing is reasonable.

It lacks some functionalities found in more comprehensive applications. Its simplicity does not meet the requirements of those seeking tools.

TestLodge solves the problem of managing test suites. It is solving the testing process by simplifying test case creation and organization.

Started by the technical support team is quite good where they have gotten me out of trouble several times very quickly. You have several templates to manage the tests where it saves me a lot of time and I can have detailed reports to capture failures or errors that are not visible to the naked eye

At the beginning I had a thousand questions where I didn't know where to start but with the support it helped me a lot and over time I learned to use it correctly

This platform literally saves me a thousand hours of work, because it is a simple way to test software, giving me a detailed report that provides me with very rich and necessary information.

The tool is great in UI plus user-friendly. It has managed project requirements, test plans, test cases, test runs, and reporting. Its simple and easy-to-learn interface makes it stand out from other available tools. Your team can access it from anywhere as it’s a web-based cloud-hosted tool.

Tool is good in the business and cons I can think off.

It is a great repository for test cases and test runs where we can track the bugs and test cases passed or failed. It makes life easier for Software Test engineers mainly. Also, we can integrate it with JIRA tool.

TestLodge is well thought through which results in an intuitive, simple to use application that is still feature rich and very effective for test management.

The colour scheme is a bit dull and there is no option to change themes or skins. That said, it doesn't effect functionality so a minor quibble.

If you're after a heavyweight application that does everything this may not be your tool. But if you're chasing something that is simple (not basic) and effective then you're definitely in the right place.

We wanted to move from a paper-based method of preparing and using test plans and test cases that would allow us to track testing in real-time and integrate with bug tracking software (Gemini). The application needed to be lightweight from an administrative perspective and easy to use for our testers on any device.

TestLodge is really quick and easy to setup. We use this at Navis as part of our Testing Services to support customer in the TOS deployments of Navis N4 (leading marine Terminal Operating System). Our customers are able to quickly setup their various test related to the N4 deployment and most importantly track progress and report on it in real time. The administrative work of co-ordination and compilation is reduced dramatically allowing users to focus on quality test definition and execution.

Testing in isolation is one of the biggest issues. Having good dashboards helps us to understand progress and risks.

The tool currently does not scale very well to many projects or users. It becomes somewhat cumbersome to manage. TestLodge needs to think about how does their product scale to larger environments so it's sustainable for growth without the admin burden.

I like the different pricing of TestLodge starting from $29/month. I enjoy the 30-day free trial and do not need to sign up with a credit card for trial purposes. I have the option to change the plan at any time. Unlimited test suits and users are one of the eye-catching matters for me. I prefer the flexible tools of TestLodge. I can define my fields to store the information according to category. I can make updates to my test documents at any time and Testlodge permits me to allow my tests to evolve. I do not need to sign up a long term contract with TestLodge. Its dashboard is awesome to me.

TestLodge personal pricing is a little bit costly to me. Otherwise, all are satisfactory.

I have solved my test cases with TestLodge. I have created workload reports with it. It enhances my productivity and saves time. It reduces my daily pressure. It has increased my efficiency in project management. I have done software testing with TestLodge.

The owner/dev is receptive to new feature additions, the Jira interface is ideal when running the test suite and generating tickets with.n Jira.

There needs to be templates available for test suite/case creation. Since user needs/requirements are different the ability to either create and insert custom templates or modify existing ones would be ideal.
