Have a clear expectation of the tool that you are using, this site offers you free tests, obviously, the paid version would be a lot better, but the free test the site provides is also really good and can give you a complete assessment of a candidate.

The best part about Test Gorilla is that we can easy add video responses. Assessees can record videos along with other questions. It has all that you would need to create a holistic assessment. You can add multiple-choice questions and add essays. Also, if you have a test file, you can easily upload files. You can easily create links for the tests and share them with as many people as you want. You can also check if the webcam was enabled or not; whether or not the mouse was active throughout the test.
