Well designed software, easy to use and effective
What do you like best about TestDome?
I've only been using this software for a short time, but so far I like it a lot. The interface is very well designed and easy to use. The list of availble questions is quite large and creating custom questions is easy. Overall it's a well designed piece of software. The concept of the 'Library' of questions, and the ability to organize them is excellent.
What do you dislike about TestDome?
The software seems to generate a lot of browser tabs for some reason. After saving a custom question it would be nice if it closed the dialog and returned to the library.
What problems is TestDome solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to use existing questions as well as our questions to come up with exams that allow us to screen potential hires for required knowledge

Fast and easy to use
What do you like best about TestDome?
Our company recently started using TestDome to administer online tests to candidates as part of a wider selection process. It has been a smooth process from the beginning, set up was fast and easy and we were able to use the tests immediately. The platform is straightforward and has excellent feautures such as cheating protocols. Igor in particular has been very helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike about TestDome?
None experienced at present as we have just started using TestDome.

Allowing us to filter through candidates and understand their skillset better, leading to higher quality interviews.

An indispensable resource for me since 2019
What do you like best about TestDome?
I appreciate the very user-friendly experience and the complex, high-quality questions. Due to the quality of the tests (and we've been burned before with dshonest developers), we've expanded our use of TestDome from post-interview assessments to pre-screening testing. There is excellent tracking of candidate statuses and high-quality questions available.It's great for technical tests and is attracting interest from other departments within the company.
What do you dislike about TestDome?
Company logos would be a nice touch if it could be added.
What problems is TestDome solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses the issue of dishonest developers. Often, I've had to deal with false claims in CVs, and these individuals fail the TestDome tests when they claim to be skilled in certain areas. TestDome exposes those who are not genuine.

Dramatically improved the evaluation process
What do you like best about TestDome?
Hiring is hard. Finding out if the candidates ability matches the resume takes several round of interviews. This can be expensive for the business when you factor in the cost of time. Testdome can do some of this vetting upfront and in a much more cost effective way.
What do you dislike about TestDome?
It can get expensive if you want to vet every candidate and it would be nice if it could integrate into evaluation platforms. My hope is they continue to expand their question pool.
What problems is TestDome solving and how is that benefiting you?
To evaluate technical ability, I would need to schedule interview time with developers. This is expensive. Testdome lets me do this more cheaply. Plus, it tests the character of the candidate as the test is an upfront time committment.

Without a dedicated tool, it's difficult to have a standardized benchmark for technical testing, but with TestDome it's all standardized automatically Takes the hassle off technical evaluations of job applicants

- Pay-per-invite is a nice feature for startups and smaller businesses

Excellent tool for hiring high quality candidates!
What do you like best about TestDome?
The amount and breadth of questions in the library covers anything you'd ever want to test on. It is so easy to set up a test and share with candidates.
What do you dislike about TestDome?
Pricing is a little confusing and it's quite expensive!
What problems is TestDome solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am the hiring manager at my company and I am not technical so creating tests on Test Dome to screen for skills before passing off to final interviews is extremely helpful in saving time and ensuring we're interviewing quality candidates for each specific position.
