Embedded in our Company intranet, what we call our Community, colleagues can share comments in real-time from customers, clients, colleagues and global supply chain partners. It has kept recognition energy alive and at high levels. We value team recognition and individual recognition. Because of the easy-to-use platform, we brought two merged companies with similar values and beliefs. We shared what was good about each of them, helping the two companies become one faster, with more appreciation for the other with positive energy.

Terry Berry's GiveAWow product is a fantastic software to address any and all employee recognition and engagement needs a company has. There are a lot of different features to choose to include or leave out, depending on your needs and your company. Their programs are really easy and user-friendly. In addition to the great software, I really appreciate the team. Everyone I have worked with at Terry Berry has been fantastic - very helpful, informative, and kind!
Sometimes there are technical glitches or limitations, but Terry Berry seems to address technical issues in a timely manner. They also seem to be constantly working on software feature updates, which is nice! Those updates should be communicated a bit better, however.
We use Terry Berry's GiveAWow program for peer-to-peer recognition, service milestone awards, birthday posts, and various surveys can be delivered via the Recognition Mailbox feature. All of these things being in one place makes it a lot easier for our team to use and see everything. The reporting helps us better understand recognition and morale trends within each department or level as well.
I feel very supported by everyone at Terryberry. I'm new at this job, and new at working with a recognition program so I'm extra needy :) I never feel silly for asking questions and I feel comfortable reaching out to anyone on any team from finance to reporting.
The only hiccups we have had is in the billing department. But the TerryBerry staff have been thoughtful, helpful, and collaborative in tackling the issues we have been having.

Recognization and awards are made simple by its various features and user-friendliness. The support team is always on hand to assist with any issues, and the customer service is superb.
There might be bugs or technical restrictions with Terryberry, but from what Ive seen, they fix any problems right away. By consistently delivering updates with new features, they also show a dedication to always developing their programme, which is fantastic to see. To make sure people are aware of the changes, it would be advantageous if they increased their communication with reference to these upgrades.
