Sometimes I don't really know all the answers to the questions so I have to look things up.

I have no idea the constantly changing laws and how to write a thorough policy. This takes more the thought out of it.

The only small thing I dislike about using Termly is that I cannot customize templates as much as I'd like. I'm in the U.S.; some templates are strictly in U.K. English. I've had some people ask me about the phrasing of a few things, but it's such a small "negative" that I would still easily give Termly 10/10!

I like how they provide the means and make it so easy to provide terms and conditions and privacy policy for customers. The ease of integration into our website was seamless and so greatly appreciated. I use it constantly, and I don't know what I would do without this service. They have made it so easy, and they have been so available for help. I appreciate their high level of customer service, their copious number of features has been a godsend. The simplicity of rolling out a complete compliance solution to your clients. You also can put it in as an embed and they'll push updates as they become available so no need to go back in and edit the page.

The only thing that would improve it is to allow another agreement that is industry specific event hough they leave you a. place to put it in the existing agreements.

Termly has a robust and complete consent management system that keeps track your consent agreements and opt outs. Also produces all agreements and even scans your website for cookies for you to identify periodically.

It is the perfect solution for a growing agency like mine. I didn't know anything about the dos and don'ts of compliance, and Termly was the answer to my problems.

All the steps were simple; it took me less than 15 minutes to create a custom privacy policy and publish a personalized cookie banner on my website.

I haven't had any issues with Termly, but the free plan only comes with one policy, and I needed two policies. Ultimately, the price of the pro plan is worth it for the benefits and extra features.

Termly saved me from the headache of making my website compliant with all the different privacy laws, and I know my business is protected since they continuously update the policies.
