We like the web-based software - Beyond. We're much more mobile friendly now. They do a great job listening to the users wants and needs.
There are 2 databased in TW. Enterprise and Beyond. We wish they did a better job in mirroring the 2 databases. Sometimes it's difficult to find things when you flip between the 2 databases.
One issue they are working on is creating resumes of the employes using both their work history and assignment history. This will get a great feature once both options are in play. Right now, you can only create a resume from either their work history OR their assignments.
I loved the training. Different than the past software I've looked into. I loved the hands-on interaction and how Rachel made sure everyone was engaged
We've been having issues with our rapid pay card integration. It's frustrating that we have not been able to get to the bottom of this issue.
Its an all in one stop shop. Everything you need for recruiting and sales efforts.
We have yet to have a successful Rapid Pay Card integration.

Having followed predecessors that have misapplied payments and attempted corrections that failed to actually correct entries, I've learned the correct way to make the needed adjustments.

Once you figure out how to enter in the necessary information, it is an easy system to use and very effective at running payroll and billing. The reports are good to keep track of internal metrics, accounting entries and tax payments. The customer service and account reps are extremely helpful.
Try not to use support too often to avoid being billed for support hours and use their online knowledge base instead. Multiple reports needed sometimes to get what we are looking for.
As a start up staffing company, TempWorks is a good resource for payroll, billing and reporting. It tends to get expensive the more transactions you run through them
Paying over 400 employee's and keeping track of them is much simpler with TW. We are also able to book all accounting entries using the provided reports.
I appreciate Ashlee and how she is dedicated to be immediate to our service needs.
That IT has delays in responses and that sometimes it is me having to show themthe how. They can sometimes say no ots fine or its the user issue and i i end up showing how its not.
I also struggle with reports and I depend on them alot for the customers. Many times I have to manually create as Tempworks does not h ave what is needed.

They have always been very attentive to any needs or concerns I have had. The account managers and even individuals working in other areas form relationships that last years.
Enterprise can be slow and have connectivity issues. I would love to see more progress made with Beyond like incorporating Back Office being on the road map for the near future.
TempWorks is an amazing company and I have never had a bad experience, they are always eager to help and always go above and beyond from top to bottom in the company.
I had an issue with an account manager and another with some support tickets, I was able to sit down and speak to someone at their annual conference and it was addressed and solved promptly.
