"Right tool with MS Office"

What do you like best about Templafy?

I get to work on ready made templates. Also customised templates and images can be sync with the Templafy which helps in bringing uniformity across the organization and make sure that employees do not use anything against the brand guidelines

What do you dislike about Templafy?

If the Templafy could work on offline mode as well would have been great, It's only online and need internet which sometimes create problem for employees to use the ready made templates

What problems is Templafy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier people use to have different templates and many time used watermarked content from web which might also be not according to our brand guidelines and hence we can now avoid that problem by use if Templafy having templates and pictures ready to use as per the brand guidelines

What do you like best about Templafy?

I have been using Templafy for around 2 years now. It is integrated inside Microsoft Office and help me beautify, improve, visualize the data better. It helps suggesting better templates for Microsoft Powerpoint, helps adjusting images, tables, structures in Microsoft Word and Excel. Since I have been using Templafy, my presentations look better, my data are more structured and my spreadsheets look more organized.

What do you dislike about Templafy?

Sometimes the add-in takes a lot of time in loading and suggesting the design ideas. It tries for a long time and then returns with no results. More ideas and templates should be added to the design templates.

Recommendations to others considering Templafy:

Templafy should be the first choice of users if they want document creation, modification, template management, improving the slides, spreadsheets, and documents.

What problems is Templafy solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using the application of Templafy integrated into Microsoft Office and use it extensively and on daily basis. Templafy helps me beautifying my Powerpoint presentations and Word Documents.

Steep learning curve, but worth it in the end

PROS: I like that this is well integrated into Microsoft’s tools. This, plus the tools other features, makes creating and editing company documents very easy now.

CONS: It’s a little difficult to learn this tool, but once you get the hang of it, you will realize just how valuable it is.

Makes my job so much easier! I highly recommend this tool.

PROS: Templafy is quick to launch and easy to utilize thanks to its integrations to office tools. With approved templates within reach, it is no longer such a big deal for me to create documents that are within the company’s branding. This used to be a big problem for me because I usually get confused about how to improve the look and feel of my work.

CONS: Identity verification is required sometimes, taking up a bit of my time from work. But I do understand the security reasons behind this.

Great for message personalizations

PROS: When it comes to communicating with your client, you want to make them feel as if you are speaking directly to them. One thing Templafy has been able to give us is the capacity to personalize our messages. With templates that have already been prepared by us, all our client-facing reps has to do now is to plug in the personalization variables and voila—we have made a pretty good impression on our clients.

CONS: If we wanted to see a report on the use of the tool, we need to contact Templafy’s team to pull the data for us. It would be nice to do this ourselves so we can monitor usage anytime.

Modern way to manage documents

PROS: What I like best about the software is the ability to get whatever information I need in just a matter of minutes. No need to wait for emails or other employees to give me the data. We store and can access all important information such as agendas and minutes from one software with so much ease.

CONS: Actually, the thing that I don’t like is not really about the software. But if you start using this platform, it can compromise or reduce the face time in the office since you can already get information digitally.

Microtsof integrations are a real time-saver

PROS: Because it is integrated seamlessly into Microsoft tools, Templafy instantly fires up whenever I open a document. Now I can focus more on actually getting things done, rather than worrying over the font and the format of my document.

CONS: What’s not to like about this tool? It is convenient and easy to use.
