The best thing about this program is it streamlines the human resources department by giving the company useful data about the employees of the company. The surveys give the company and each department useful information about what is being done and what needs to be done to improve the employee and employer relationships. The surveys provide the users with data proven information that can be used to determine what changes need to be made in the company. The human resources department was very happy to have such a useful tool to use with the company to get information from the employees.
The only thing that was dislike most about this program was that it was hard to get all of the employees on board with using it consistently. We were not able to get everyone on board because the employees did not have a lot of extra time to provide feedback for human resources. We might try the program again in the future by providing employees with rewards for answering the emails or surveys we gave them.
The problems we solved were that we found out that many of the employees were not happy with certain departments. Some departments were working harder than the others which did not provide a company balance for the employees. The benefits of this program was that enabled the employer to create effective programs within the business which in turn helped the business function in a more streamlined way. The employees were happy and so were the employers.
