"Simple yet Brilliant Productivity Tool"
What do you like best about Roby?

I like Roby a lot because there's not a lot of setup required to start using the product. It's literally as simple as installing the app to your platform of choice and then you're good to go! Then you can start playing around with the product by submitting, replying, and resolving your new tickets.

There are also a plethora of different add-on capabilities that Roby can do for you on the fly such as book calendar meetings, adjust office room lighting, heating, and cooling, save FAQ responses for future auto replies, and even check analytics and manage tickets on our spiffy external portal webpage.

Overall, the simplicity of installing the app coupled with the brilliance of the app's core product (and let's not forget its handy add-ons!) make Roby a wonderful productivity tool!

What do you dislike about Roby?

Sometimes, it's unclear what add-ons are available and how to get some of them working. Fortunately, contacting Roby support is super helpful regarding add-on installations to the core product! But, from a self-service perspective, integrating some of the add-ons by yourself can be a bit more difficult.

What problems is Roby solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're trying to consolidate and organize our team tasks and requests into one platform. That way, we don't have to continue hopping between multiple platforms to handle one ticket. This consolidation will also help reduce the number of distractions in our team and provide clarity on what tasks are highest priority.

Especially in this current work from home climate, Roby's simplicity and flexibility has vastly improved our ticket management and prioritization.

What do you like best about Roby?

The app is easy to use and seamlessly integrates into our Slack. I like how simple and natural it is to manage my requests and make/delegate tasks to others, especially on the administrative portal. Being able to track the status of tickets through the followups helps me understand how my team is doing and if anyone needs more help or resources. Roby has helped my team prioritize our work a lot more effectively. Also, the badges are cute and fun!

What do you dislike about Roby?

The portal is really useful, and I would like to see some of the ticket searching functionalities in the app as well.

Recommendations to others considering Roby:

I highly recommend this app!

What problems is Roby solving and how is that benefiting you?

My team was looking for a tool that could help consolidate, organize, and prioritize tasks to avoid using clunky spreadsheets. Roby does all that plus more. A big problem we found was that tickets often get lost in the wind and people forget what the current progress may be, which sometimes leads to misunderstandings and lack of clarity amongst team members. With Roby, we can easily remind others (and ourselves) about open tickets and understand how to help each other to succeed.
