Telemetry is cloud based and can be accessed from anywhere,the interface is clean and very easy to follow. When using and setting up playlists and schedules, importing media, or doing any tasks at all you will find it intuitive. If you do run into an issue the support is great from a small question to something you aren't able to figure out, they get back to you right away and will work with you until complete.

I wish there was a way to kill the hdmi signal causing the display to turn off (goto sleep), currently you can set active hours and the screen will go black, however you display does stay on. Then once you are ready you could turn the signal back on and the TV would wake up and display your content. not a real downside vs I would like to see this functionality.

Not really solving a problem, but it has given us more flexibility in displaying signage and showing information to our patrons in various areas around the arena and convention centre, we use signage for Menus at concessions and to display times and for meeting rooms and ballrooms as well as advertisements and media wall.

I like the scheduling on Telemetry. It shows my graphics till a specific time and then seamlessly transition into my life stream.

I dislike not being able to add media into playlists in specific spots.

We were a little oldschool before Telemetry. Telemetry has allowed us to change what type of things we are showing on our tv depending on what time it is. Announcements, then live stream, and then back into announcements. Saving having to train a volunteer.

We love all the different features TelemetryTV includes especially the option to use Canva. The layout is straightforward and easy to use, and we love how it Auto Updates! I would 100% recommend it!!

There isn't a lot that I don't like about it, but one thing I would like is that I wish you could view the whole playlist in a grid view. Only to see everything playing at once, so you don't have to scroll down. They have a search bar to look something up, but a grid view would be ideal.

Helping give better communication to companies and attractive content options. Love the grid zones and the overlay options! I would say our business performance has increased

when a rss link not working, it gives an error messages and viewers see them this error message.

Also, i want to see rss feeds time format like "..... hours ago, or .... days ago"

Following important rss feeds very helpfull for us.

Telemetry is easy to use and makes broadcasting to the school tvs easy and efficient. I like that anyone can use and understand this software without being tech-savvy!

I have not encountered any issues using this software yet.

Telemetry is helping our school share information with a large audience quickly and efficiently.

The whole system is completly approachable not matter what hardware you have, and the UI is easy to sort and navigate.

I haven't found a flaw yet. The more I use it, the more I like it

Meeting ISO req for displaying KPIs, and notices(safety/holiday/etc). Everything can be managed efficiently and remotely. The end result is almost guaranteed to look great and the issues we found are due to our other operations we have running.

It works reliably and is easy to use once set up. It could be a bit more intuitive to set up initially, but once past that, it's great!

Simple digital displays of images in our stores, cycling through about 20 images.

Very easy to use to create wonderful displays around my school building in very little time.

I don't like that I can't link social media accounts anymore, but that issue is on the social media side, not Telemetry.

I would definitely recommend this product, especially for schools looking for an easy way to create digital signage.

I'm able to put eye catching graphics, images, and announcements in front of my high school students so they'll actually read them!

Incredibly user friendly - all levels of admin were able to learn and start using almost immediately.

We found that the Google compatibility is slightly limiting in regards to what devices we have to purchase to be able to run in the office environment

I have not found anything I do not like about TTV so far.

We are replacing an outdated and mishmashed system which was unreliable and difficult to manage. TTV will enable us to remotely manage individual screens and regions of screens across our 16 branch library District. It will improve communication effectiveness and the ability to maintain up-to-date and relevant signage.
