What do you like best about TeleCMI?

Easyablity on the on boarding side and I loved the most is their support. They are available 24/7 to assist us.

Ease of Implementation, Number of Feartures and Ease of Integration with Salesforce

I've not seens any flaws as of now in TeleCMI.
