With their recent changes/updates/improvements to their Flywheel website, I have a greater understanding of my business. Amazon is still confusing and difficult to understand, but Teikametrics/Flywheel is allowing me to learn more every day. If you're new to Amazon, it's like being asked to perform surgery without having attended medical school. Well, and this may sound silly, but Teikametrics is the doctor you need. Unlike me, they know what they're doing. They continue to prove their value to us every day. I am confident that every dollar I spend on Amazon for advertising is maximized and targeted. Having Teikametrics as our most trusted partner working with Amazon has allowed us to grow our business beyond what we could have without them. As an FYI, we use their Managed services, where we have a dedicated business manager who ensures we're doing things right and targeted.

This isn't so much a fault of Teikametrics, but I would love more tutorials explaining the world of Amazon/Walmart. And keep them simple. Unfortunately, I often listen to tutorials or webinars and do not fully understand what they discuss. They should integrate even more explanations into their FlyWheel website. One of my goals for 2023 is to understand and utilize it more, as I know it can further help me grow and understand my business.

Communication and ease of underatanding advertising when its not our specialty. They take their time to make sure we know where every penny is going and how we sit on the return of all out spend. Set up was easy, and the intergration was smooth, even with multiple platforms and skus/asins.

I’ve worked with Teikametrics for 3+ years and they’ve been exceptional. They pay attention to our unique business needs and operate within our budget. Scheduled monthly meetings are key to discussing our progress and additional opportunities for growth.

None that I can think of. Whenever I have a question or concern, Teikametrics emails or schedules a call to go through things.

Our account manager keeps a close and watchful eye on trends and always has actionable and meaningful insights every week. He has also been very helpful in getting us set up and running with new ad placements and formats.

Sometimes the billable can be a surprise, but it's usually only due to our advertising budget exceeding per-agreed upon thresholds and using a small percentage of ad spend as part of the calculation

I really enjoyed the people who worked with me on my account for Walmart.com - Surbhi and Rhagavan. They provided great insights and helped me increase ad sales over the last 2 years.

Only downside to working with Teikametrics was less creative input from them on some tentpole opportunities throughout the year. Would have liked some more suggestions on how to optimize during these events.

They helped me keep an eye on my WM.com ads, and optimization. I enjoyed working with them on the Walmart platform and how they incorporated new strategies to achieve KPIs.

The AI itself is great but has too many limitations now

Using just the AI self serve can be hard to manage as you grow, so I was not maximizing the full potential it brings until I went to full managed service. I wish it allowed you to change the campaign budgets on a day-to-day basis automatically since I have seen trends, where ad spend for some of my items is more significant on the weekends compared to weekdays.
