The authoring experience on platform to build any kind of walkthroughs or automations is really simple and powerful. As a user you just have to show what you are doing and their system captures the steps and builds out the whole automation in a no code fashion
Nothing much to dislike. As a new platform they have all features needed to get started woth building business automations and adoption functionality. Going forward, would like to see more analytics on usage as currently they have native but basic analytics features.
I have to spend a lot of time training my team or explaining a software functionality to my team or clients which is not productive at all and we end up creating documents which get old or unusable due to change in UI or new releases.
Having a walkthrough inside the application, helps to train my team without manual intervention and reduces a lot of time spent on creating manuals and guides.

For freelancers, Techforce.ai has amazing features where you can automate a lot of work which is very repetitive for your clients like downloading their data from various portals, building reports and sharing. It helps save more than 2-3 hours every week on such repetitive stuff
I am using the platform to build automation for my day-to-day repetitive flows like downloading data from a web application, processing the data on excel files and sending the report over an email.
The simple UI which enables a non-technical user in Finance and Sales to also build and manage some of our day to day automation workflows. they also have a very strong knowledge management layer that enables us to access enteprise level knowledge with ease.
User documentation is not very comprehensive though the lack of it is compensated by the in-app nudges and automation to assist completion of workflows.

Techforce.ai needs to improve on their documentation available to public. Currently, their are limited set of videos available on their developer portal which can help a developer to build basic bots on their own.
Their community portal is active though and usually respond under 24 hours for most user queries.
We really like the Techforce.ai E-Worker approach which is quite unique as they help you go live with a couple of processes as part of the deployment / on-boarding services.
The price at which an E-Worker is offered is also quite attractive and usually there is an ROI in under 6 months in most use cases.
Still working out on building basic automation flows with their tool. We are considering deployment of these E-Workers on our cloud platform and their pay-as-you-go pricing is what is of most interest for us. We are basically going to use the pay per hour pricing for bot runtime which is quite beneficial as we will not need to invest in any upfront license costs.
