Teamwork Chat is a good platform and I can stay in touch with my team daily to know the updates of the project and have meetings with team members as well, This also allows us to share work that happened among the members of the team.

I am good with teamwork chat and I don't have any issues with it

Everything is excellent

It improves or boosts our productivity and makes communication smoother. I can connect with my team members and clients from anywhere even when I'm away from the workspace

I love that you get to send messages with your team with the ability to add: Gifs (Makign the work environment fun), Files (Attach what you need in the chat), you can also create groups and like the comments you receive

Nothing at the moment. I think teamwork has a learning curve, but the chat feature is really straight forward. No need to go back and forth in the email inbox anymore

No need to send a lot of emails to get an answer from your team. We have a group chat per marketing client we have so it's easy to share information without causing confusion between the different projects we are workign on at the moment.

I can share files, initiate a video call, react with emojis, tag people in messages to get their attention, share links, and send messages that are specific to individual work projects. Also, the notification sound is easy on the ears. What's there not to like?

I like Teamwork Chat's functionalities but I have a few recommendations: (1) It would be nice to be able to simply drag and drop files into the chat, but this feature is not available. To attach a file, I first have to click the button for attaching a file, then use the pop-up window to browse my files and select a file. (2) I would like to be able to react with a wider selection of emojis than the ones available. (3) I wish the emoji menu actually showed all of the available emojis. I have to visit a separate webpage to see the keyboard shortcuts to browse and find the emojis I like, and then go back to the chat window and type the shortcut. (4) The notification sound does not always occur when I receive a message so sometimes I miss them. I'm not sure why this is happening. (5) Teamwork Chat doesn't always load or update instantaneously, which also affects my response time, which can be a challenge.

My team is fully remote so we can use Teamwork Chat to communicate a lot faster. Also, because Teamwork Chat offers the ability to message in project-specific chat channels, that keeps our communication in relation to a project (1) more organized and (2) out of our email inboxes (which can become a real mess! plus it is a hassle to always be switching between Teamwork and email. I like everything in one place).

Immediate interaction with my team members lets me get my tasks done quickly and respond to my clients immediately. Chat lets me create tasks that get added into the teamwork platform for workflow and assignment, I can upload or download files, docs, pics, links, etc in chat. It is an absolute necessity for our company! I even have the phone app downloaded so I can work on the go!!!

I don't think there is anything that I dislike, honestly.

Teamwork Chat is the perfect way to communicate with both your internal team and with clients if need be and the integration with Teamwork Desk and Projects makes it invaluable. FYI - Teamwork customer service is awesome!!!

Increases efficiency and improves communication. Gives me access to my team and clients on the go, lets me share files when I otherwise would not have access to them on the go.

It's simple, easy to pick up, and professional! It's simple but good! And it helps you to communicate within an organization, especially when you have a decentralized organization

There's very little to dislike! All the features feed into alleviating anything that you might like least. It's difficult to pick any faults with this software.

Definitely COMMUNICATION

Great choice of visual layouts for project planning steps, with lots of ways for each team member to feed in comments on a project.

Nothing so far its all working well for us here.

Well worth giving it a try its much better than trying to use Whatsapp to keep track of projects with so many staff working from home these days.

We are web design agency and with design comes amends, generally lots of them when it comes to clients. Teamwork gives a platform that makes keeping track of client and amends really easy.

The most helpful is that it's easy to use, and anyone can instantly jump in and communicate quickly. It is also an easy-to-use phone app. I think its productivity takes it to a new level compared to competitors.

I don't particularly appreciate that not many people know about this. If we can get more exposure, more people might be able to see its potential and give it a try.

I am communicating quicker with my teammates, collaborating on team projects, and keeping it all simple. The productivity has gone up a bit for sure. I think performance has increased.
