The main disadvantage about this software is that it is super easy to upload but not allow the most intuitive when selecting options. In addition, a lot of stories go dead after a certain amount of time so doesn't work well for tracking coverage and stories with clients long term. The another problem about this software is that when we use the multiple projects and for the new users faced a lot of problems when the manage the multiple projects if the multiple people are organizing it.

The audio communication feature is not present in it. due to this sometimes my team members and I need to write long text.
