They are constantly checking in with me to help, guide or give me a pep talk, and it always seems to be at the exact moments they are needed.
The thing I love the most about the TeamUp team is that through their actions, they have shown me that they truly do care, above and beyond. They really do.
The only thing I originally wasn't happy with was the inability to be able to pay in my local currency. But a good solution was eventually reached.
The list of issues their app is solving for me is fairly long, but in a nutshell, for me they are the complete one-stop-app. Their level of customer analysis, is top. The ease of usability to add, tweak or remove things is really straightforward when you know how. For anything you need to know, you are only one email away or simply look through the extensive menu guides. I could go on, but for me, the most impressive thing was their willingness and caringness to listen to all suggestions and to act. Not just say they will look into it, but actually keep their word and look into it.
From my personal experience, there has not been a single issue which they haven't been able to find a solution for. That to me is outstanding.
Team up is really easy to use and has great functionality. It was so simple to integrate and the customer support is really good.
There are a few little quirks that I think could be improved. The customer side of the pllatform is a little clunky and a few of my customers have found it quite tricky to navigate. Things like recurring reservations they are finding confussing

The simplicity of the booking on the customer end, the reporting system and that you can create multiple memberships and products easily. It's also a straight forward easy system to implement and use. It also integrates to our CRM go high level with Zapier.
The system cannot recognise between online and in person sessions for quantity of use. I cannot create multiple locations on there due to notification issues.

The dedication to any account size is commendable! The team goes above and beyond to make sure your particular use case is set up appropriately so you may be successful in your own venture.
Some older UI and appearance is a bit lagging, but not too much. Can be a bit confusing to start, but the team makes that right with their dedicated time.

As a fitness management and business consultant, working with TeamUp has provided me with the ability to not only inspire and educate fitness facilities eager to grow and do better for their teams and clients, but also provide them with tangible examples of how TeamUp's team and software can bring their dreams to life. From automating mundane and repetitive tasks, to making updates and changes EASY for things like schedules, pay, client management and more, the TeamUp development team as well of the use of key integrations make big things possible in a short amount of time. The TeamUp team is also always listening to it's customers AND learning as much as possible about the business of fitness and how it is unique for every facility, which I find to be priceless and unfortunately uncommon when working with other software companies.
Nothing that I can think of, TeamUp has granted me access to their community and I have loved sharing it with my clients and colleagues in the industry.

Since I do not have over 100 clients yet, it is a much cheaper alternative to use than MindBody to build my business.
I am not familiar with other platforms, but figuring out the integration between other platforms took more time than expected.
Not having to worry about the schedule and how many people are attending class has been very beneficial to my time management. I was also able to get rid of my waiver subscription since TeamUp has waiver forms built in.

Strong value. The feature set as it relates to monthly price is outstanding. TeamUp also has a very knowledgeable and helpful onboarding team that made switching platforms relatively painless.
The custom mobile apps are a little slow to load if you're like us and have hundreds of available appointment times. To be entirely fair, due to the self-service nature of our facility, we likely have 15-30x more appointment options than a traditional facility so it's unlikely this would negatively impact other customers.
TeamUp has far more native integrations than our previous platform which makes managing our door access system and google analytics a breeze.
