I use it for everything. My personal daily tasks, teaching schedule and room booking. I love the sharing capeabilities as well as the permission levels on each calendar. And to top it all off, it integrated with my notion pages as well.

I haven't really found anything I don't like about it so far and I have used both the free and paid versions for a few years now.

Keeping track of the department teaching schedule in one place and room bookings for the department. The Permission levels for each calendar allows me to set some rooms up for self booking while others remain in my control just by sharing different permission level links. I have found nothing else that has all the functionality of Teamup as well as the ease of use.

It's very easy to use and the whole team can contribute to it!

There is nothing about the product that I dislike.

It's easy to see the whole teams projects and deadlines. The benefits are that we can see what other teams are doing in real time.

You can create custom calendars and share it with your team. This way you can keep everyone updated about the current reservation of your timeslots or the availability of the room you use. Very easy to use for a non technical people, everyone can see the changes you made instantly.

Sometimes I managed to select odd languages by accident, it was quite chalenging to revert it back to English.

Have a free tier at first and use it with your smaller team. They will like it I am sure. Then you can distribute the link with others too.

We used it for managing the room researvation within the office. The benefit: no double booked rooms, no disturbed client meetings at all. Everyone could be updated with the actual available timeslots.

This is the best option for a multi-function, multi-user calendar. Aside from using this calendar for work, where it looks like a game of Tetris, I am introducing it to the animal rescue I foster for. Teamup is very user-friendly, with a desktop version as well as an app for multiple devices. It's easy to learn and offers so much customization - even the free version. We would be lost without this application.

The only example of something I dislike about Teamup is that multiple people can be in the same itinerary at the same time. This makes it difficult when changes are being made as only the first person's changes save. If there were a way to lock the entry, that would be a great change.

I absolutely would recommend TeamUp to any business, non-profit, rescue or foster group, sports or clubs. It is a near-perfect option to meet all of your calendaring, organizational and scheduling needs. We found it to be the best option for this type of application. You can easily sign up for the free version to try out the calendar and play around with all of the functions and features.

Rather than multiple phone calls, emails, texts to multiple people every single day, we update the calendar information. Everyone can log in to either read, change, or create (depending on their level of use). Everyone stays up to date and informed with every change or need. It has cut down a tremendous amount of back-and-forth.

One of the best feature is that it allows us to send a reminder or link to specific people only. Also it has features to attach documents like spreadsheets to a meeting.

Nothing as such it’s a great calendar application where you can manage Different events in a very organised manner.

All my events are placed Single place which enables me to have a proper schedule. Also enables us to share different types of files and integrate it with Drive and dropbox which is with high security.

Teamup is so easy to setup and use. The different colors assigned to each team member allows a quick glance at the calendar to show me who is where. Simple and effective.

It would be nice if there were more colors available.

We needed a way to see where our Doctors were working each day and who was on call, etc. Teamup solved that problem easily and the phone app makes it so easy to check the schedule of providers for that day.

Useful for meeting schedules overall with remote coworkers, and for best time organization for your proyects.

I couldn't use it with a public email, and sometimes there are coworkers without a business email so we can't use with them.

Is a very good time organizer and helps a lot to achieve team goals.
