I like that it allows me to visualize all the information about the selection and recruitment process of the candidates. I like that it is intuitive and customizable.

The career site was really easy to set up and design to our requirements - and importantly did not require any prior knowledge. The automation tools have also been a huge time-saver, helping us streamline communication and move candidates through the pipeline effortlessly.

What do you like best about Teamtailor?

We like how it has transformed our process tremendously, moving us from a cold, impersonal recruiter towards an agency that is enabled to be engaging (Nurture Campaign). It’s intuitive, candidate-friendly, and actually makes hiring feel like a two-way conversation rather than just filling a job. Plus, the careersite has been extremely helpful.

The game changer is really the recent development of Co-pilot that allows you to screen through hundreds of CVs based on your screening criteria

Not sure if its just me, but some times, TeamTailor gets a little glitchy. Especially when there's alot of CVs to review in a single job post.

Very easy to use with many functions that help us work more efficciently. Fast support if i need help because i use the system almost every day.

Very intuitive and innovative

What do you like best about Teamtailor?

It's extremely intuitive, allowing our hiring managers to use it effectively after a brief introduction. The chat function is always very helpful. It offers a variety of features, with new ones being added from time to time. We use it daily, and it fits our hiring structure perfectly. I wasn’t in the business during the implementation period, but our success manager is doing her best to revisit and make full use of the entire product.

We had one small technical issue with CV visibility, but we received clear communication about it, and it was resolved quickly. However, sometimes it’s difficult to book an appointment with Teamtailor at short notice.
