What an absolute pleasure to be part of this awesome experience! Teamphoria has changed our organisation in so many positive ways. From recognition (which was never a priority) to communicating all the important topics (as well as the fun and joys) within our company. Teamphoria is part of our culture now and we are “addicted”!

The best culture and performance management software out there
I love this software. For any culture change or refocus on driving the right behaviors from your chosen values Teamphoria hits the spot.

The teams find it very easy to pick up and it works well for both small organisations or in larger corporates. As an HR advisory we recommend Teamphoria over any of the other options all the time.

It can also be used as a modern HR performance management system, which is a real bonus.

HIGHLY Recommend
This platform was a saviour in our workplace.

On the one hand, there's a fun and playful side to it. Almost like Facebook for work. We can add our profile photos, list our likes and interests, post comments and get notified of birthdays and anniversaries - just to make some of its many fun features. This has made a tremendous impact on our company culture.

On the other hand, the more corporate side if you will, a company can conduct their KPIs and performance reviews right there on the platform.

Teamphoria also has the recommended option of controlling access. For instance, I have full access of the platform - I can change profile photos; deactivate former employees' profiles; and new profiles; view performance reviews etc. Whereas other emoyees have the ability to only write, comment and like posts, as well as give a "Shout out" to a colleague, or colleagues, who has/have done a great job.

Speaking of "Shout outs", one has the ability to download a list of which employee received the most "Shout outs", as well as who handed them out. This is great when it comes time for Year-End functions.

There is also an anonymous feature whereby an employee can - daily if they would like - select a happy, neutral or sad face, and then describe why. This helps management to take action and to squash and rectify any issues we have, as well as continue doing what makes the employees happy.

The posting features are a great help. I can post to specific groups under specific headings.

In conclusion, I HIGHLY recommend Teamphoria.

As for the team behind Teamphoria, Shawn Cloete is always available to take a call, respond to a message, and reply to emails. He has helped add features, remove features, and provides training when needed. The team is amazing.

What do you like best about Teamphoria?

It is so awesome to be able to recognize our employees through this app! It's easy, fun, and builds a lot of morale throughout the office!! We are so grateful that we stumbled across this little gem! Nothing yet, we are fairly new using it but so far it's been amazing!

What problems is Teamphoria solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are recognizing our Team daily, weekly, and monthly! We have a lot of lofty goals so having this tool enables our Directors and Managers to recognize team members daily and also let the team know who did what and when, and they can respond to that employee with encouraging words and comments! It has only been two days but we already have a different energy in the office! Thank you Teamphoria!!

We have seen an expansion in the utilization of Teamphoria by employees through our acknowledgment program. It is a brisk and simple way employees can perceive and show uphold for one another. You can additionally utilized Teamphoria for your 360 exhibition surveys. The arrangement is simple for employees to utilize and give remarks just as giving outcomes to representatives and directors. Teamphoria acts as a social media platform within the organizations it helps employees share their achievements to the others and managers and directors can award their employees with rewards and recognition. We love Teamphoria’s user friendly Interface, it is very easy to use and acts a bridge to build the better relationships between the employees. It is a software made for successful organizations to make their companies more and more strong and productive. The pricing of the software is quite reasonable and it also provides free trial for the first five users. Web based, cloud, SaaS solution for the companies available on android and iOS both. The customer service of the software developers is also amazing they keep the app up to date and keep on adding more and more recognition prizes to encourage the culture of respecting the work force more and more.

What do you dislike about Teamphoria?

There are some minor bugs in reviewing section i.e. you cannot review yourself that easily and sometimes your reviews are not saved even when you save them in the drafts. There is a limitation on usage of this app which is quite frustrating sometimes.

What problems is Teamphoria solving and how is that benefiting you?

Overall, Teamphoria is a great app for encouraging and recognizing the all-stars of your organizations to get more productive work from them. The reporting system is so good.

What do you like best about Teamphoria?

It reminds you when you receive accolades,and hold you accountable to shout out and support your co workers. Very easy to use and intuitive

What do you dislike about Teamphoria?

The way "points" are calculated isn't that clear to begin, and doesn't make a ton of sense.

It has rised morale, allowed for competitions and an outpouring of support for one another.

What do you like best about Teamphoria?

I love Teamphoria's user-friendly and intuitive interface. It's easy to navigate and does a great job building our team's culture remotely.

What do you dislike about Teamphoria?

Under the reviews section, I find it easy to miss where I need to review myself. Also, sometimes I make a selection when reviewing peers and the selection doesn't save.

Recommendations to others considering Teamphoria:

I recommend encouraging all team members to fill out their bio portion of their profile. It makes a big difference in being able to relate to each other. It gives everyone just a small peek into each unique person that makes up the team, plus it's fun.

We also keep our performance evaluation questions short and to the point. This makes filling them out easier. Our goal is primarily to ensure people are not just performing, but also align with our company values.

What problems is Teamphoria solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Teamphoria to build culture, recognize excellence, and manage performance reviews. I think this program does a great job motivating people to give recognition where it is due and encourages others to applaud recognition.
