Being able to do yearly reviews

we use teams for all of our meetings within our sales team. having teamflect at a click of a button inside the program is so useful. i love that the sales manager can set goals for individuals and as a team.

it can be complicated for first time users. it has a lot of components to link tasks to goals etc. you can go very deep and get confused. it would be nice to stream line a little. make it simplified. updating goals is very manual. if you dont remember to update manually they stay stagnent. email reminders would be nice.

monitoring goals for a sales team is much easier with Teamflect.

I really appreciate the integration to microsoft teams and having all of my most used tools in the same place. I also appreciate its versatility and the ability to see the history of projects.

I wish the notifications were different and not just a chat message with teamflect. But overall it's durable, just feels a little clunky.

We needed a program to easily schedule meetings and make projects that was all in one place, and Teamflect has fit that perfectly!

I think it is beneficial to have with a company of many employees because you can track yours and your teams goals. I would recommend using it.

I would say there is no down side. Everyone enjoys it.

I used to be a sticky note person. But I have moved over completely to Teamflect. All notes are easily accessible and the facte that it shows up in my weekly meetings is a game changer.

If you made notes on a meeting and someone deletes the meeting, the notes disappear. It would be nice if it was still saved in your private notes or Meeting Talking Points.

Working in a hybrid eork environment I no longer have to worry about leaving a notebook at home or at the office. All my notes are in one place. I feel more prepared for meetings.

I love that it takes everything complex and simplifies and structures it for you, it allows you to bring structure and clarity to your day to day

That I didnt know the product sooner :) I cant fault Teamflect at this point its bee smooth for me

Im currently on a mentorship programme, collaboration and goal setting has been great, before it was lots of paperwork, we constantly re-inventing the wheel every year, I feel we have found what will work longterm

User-friendly interface, all functions you need in the process of performance management

at this moment I like everything, but hope I find some bugs or inconsistencies, feedback will be supportive

I like how teamflect is set up and the different ways itr can be used to interact with your team.

The only thing i dislike is recieveing an email so constantly asking if an meeting is a 1 on 1.

Clear communication of goals between manager and employee outside of yearly reviews. So far it's been really beneifical way to communicate and hold other accountable to achieve tasks and goals

Works brilliantly with our Microsoft / Teams environment. Incredibly useful and well adopted by our company. Well thought out but flexible. We especially love the meeting notes and goals/tasks. Highly recommended. Very responsive support and developers.

Not really a dislike, but I would like to see the task template functionality expanded to include more ability for repetitive tasks.
