Easy to use. Totally customizable. Use it every day, everywhere. On my pc, my mobile, tablet, etcetera. And the cost is not high at all. Best product ever!
There is not much to not like about Teamdesk. Maybe if you do not like to read and learn how to configure it, and do not want to pay someone else to do it, you may say it is too complex. But then you should look somewere else.

My team is able to track the type of request using the tagging feature, making the ability to sort through previous responses a breeze.
We use this as a ticketing system, and our clients are on a monthly allotment of time. The time allocation can be hard to track month-to-month in the Desk based tracking feature, specifically when a request rolls into a new month (and has been unresolved in one calendar month's time).
A great feature allows you to trigger unanswered emails back to your "Active" inbox and has saved us a lot of headaches of researching and following up with unresponsive clients.
Our multi-location team is easily able to jump in and assist clients all over the country/world. We can easily find previous tickets from the client and can tag/track the emails. We also have an auto-reply in place which prompts our clients to answer additional questions so that we can readily help them.
