We used teamdeck as a time management tool. We used the labels provided by our company to manage our times. We use this tool daily. It was reliable and easy to setup and use. It allowed me to control my time wisely, that is the reason.

I guess it has a pro/premium version. Our company provided it so no problem for me. But as an individual or as a small company it may be a problem.

Teamdeck is one of the greatest tools for project management, works great for small business and teams, helps to track the time we have been investing on the project and its differents tasks, is very easy to use and create reports of te thime we spend by project on our team, the calendar is really good, the platform is great and we can also count on an app for mobile devices, so we can always track our project even when we are not at the office from any mobile device, the tool let you track multiples projects at the same time, and the price for the full version is pretty amazing

We have had some problems with the vacations tracking part, so we are not really using this feature, generating reports takes a little bit longer than we use to, their pop-ups get a little bit annoyng, sometimes it is hard to get out of them, sometimes also rows collapse and we are not able to see some information, it does not bring integrations with other softwares, it would bring a lot of benifits, also it would be nice to view the vacation days and time tracked for the entire year and not just for a month

This is a nice and efficient tool to keep your projects and teams well organized, is very simple and easy to use and the implementation does not take too long, they offer a free trial so you can experience their functions before making any purchase or subscription

With this tool we can see and create all kind of timesheets reports that we needed for our company, we can distinguish easily between paid time and unpaid time, bringing more control to our projects, we can easily control all the team activities and the time we have invested on each task and project

Teamdeck helps us in analyzing the whole resources structures and the ways to manage the employees in better ways. We had extracted for ourselves and have build up a perfect way to track the performances of our projects and the employees schedule. It makes us stay focused and every kind of hassle related to work allocation can easily be sorted out with the help of this tool. But due to the limited options, we can only work with this tool for a limited team size.

For the starters, this tool already requires so much improvements in the reporting and the budgeting phase. The reports always miss out certain points and don't even count them during analyzing stage. At first it was easy to use, but after implementing our customized requirements, the things gets even more worse. The whole system keeps on getting stuck after a while, consuming most of our time rather than benefiting our work flow.

Teamdeck maintains a continuous streak at our workplace to manage the employees , manages our projects and tracks the whole performances. We can overview the progress for our employees and manages the timeframe in more productive ways. It has made us more capable to drive things in efficient ways and keep a proper track of the things.

This software is very easy to use and it's simple to start. It includes time tracking and resource scheduling. I used it on a small internal project and found it a great solution. It has a great UI and it flows nicely. I really like the simplicity to this software. it is straight forward and and easy to use. There are great features but to much to distract from the main goal of the software. The dashboard view is nice and the reports are helpful. It is very easy to keep track of holiday and vacations. Although I did not use it much I think the ability to create custom fields will be a useful tool.

I would like to see if they can have thee system notify to a company email. When someone requests a day off it would be great to receive a notification in a company email. Also, I not find a mobile app and I think that would be helpful since I am out of the office quite a bit. I would like to see in the future and area for performance appraisals I would also like an area for notes on individual team members. One other area of improvement is the pages are a little slow in loading.

This is a great software to consider for managing a project.

I used this for a small internal project where I wanted to track hours separately.
