This program works better than our HR division posting to all the individual sites. We assign sales jobs to the Sales Manager and they are able to monitor the applicants without having to run through HR, which speeds up the process tremendously. We struggling with finding employees and this program has really helped fill those positions. It made the process smooth and almost painless.
It also sends me reminders and a weekly update. All great features. The use of texting to communicate with applicants is also a plus.
Nothing I can think of. Program meet all of our needs.
Eliminates the need to reach the recruitment sites individually, which can be costly and time-consuming.
Communication Tools is the best about Team Engine and Easy to use the software.

Team Engine sents the job adds to different job borads and auto-screen the candidates that saves some time.
The text message feature gives me the abiltiy to communicate quickly with candidates. Candidates respond more often to text messaging than email or phone calls.
The process does not direct candidates to go to our website and complete an application for employment. We can't onboard/hire applicants until they've completed and application.
It's easy for candidates to locate our jobs and quickly express interest.
I like hoow I can keep everything in one place. I can keep track of who is going where and phone numbers for the employees! It makes my life so much easier in the HR world/
The only thing i think could change is the way it is laid out and how you have to go through Indeed to get stuff sponsored.
It keeps eveything in order for me so I can keep track of who is going to which job site. It also allows me to communicate with the employees better.
The employee database has been extremely effective for company wide blasts, reminders, and congratulatory messages!
I would love to be able to create customized survey questions and the ability to host employee questionaires.

Team engine not only helps with recruiting, but improves our culture. The automations are amazing.
Only downside is they intergrate with alot of payroll providers but they do not intergrate with our payroll provider (Inova formally IPS)
Reducing our time to interview, communicate, and hire. It streamlines our hiring process and gives everyone visibility into our recruting and what status all canidates are in. Team engine also reduced out cost on what we spent on Indeed as Team engine post on there for free.
Team Engine is incredibly user friendly, and easy to access all pertinent information needed during daily activites, and job duties. Team engine compares to it's competitors by being so versatile, and accesible to new users.
I so far haven't found anything I dislike about team engine. I feel as though it is easy to access, and naviagte around to the tabs, and information needed in the moment!
Team Engine is helping create submissions bins that are easy to navigate, converse, and pull qualified candidates from, as well as keep track of updates selected on candidates contacted.
It is easy to use, it has an employee communication side, it offers plenty of options, and it is priced right.
None. It works well. The only suggestion is better career page support - creative work instead of just a link.
Communication is the biggest downfall for us. Getting back to applicants in a timely fashion is automated so that helps us.

Team Engine has given us the opportunity to go the extra mile with our efforts to improve communication in our organization. Their support team is excellent and have exceeded expectations with their response time and ability to solve any issues quickly and kindly! We were able to implement Team Engine back in October of 2022 and have consistently used the platform since. It was a quick and seamless process that all of our employees took to without complaint. We recently implemented the HRIS integration which did come with some kinks, but it has taken an extra step out of our onboarding process which is excellent.
While there are no features I dislike, I think an added feature that could increase Team Engine's effectiveness is an option to download and save employee message history.
Prior to implementing Team Engine, we were struggling to get ahold of our employees and vice versa. Being that the bulk of our team work on jobsites throughout the state, communication often lacks since we're not always able to see our teams face to face. This has significantly improved employee engagement and communication between HR and our crews. They love the feature that allows them to provide feedback and the birthday and anniversary messages.
