"Great enterprise level tag management solution!"

What do you like best?

Ease of use and custom functionality. There really isn't anything that you can't do with TiQ if you know JavaScript.

What do you dislike?

I wish there were more consistency between the different extension types such as all extensions having a conditions option.

I think conditions needs an overhaul so that you can easily create more complex rules such as using nested logic to simply user input.

Publishing takes a while and it would be great if that was faster.

Just be aware that not everything is turn key. You will be more successful if you have a resource that knows JavaScript.

Migrated from Google Tag Manager for an easier to use interface as well as the huge vendor marketplace.

"Great Tag Management Solution"

What do you like best?

The library of integrations and extensions available to pass data into. This requires less manual coding that you'd have to do in other tools, and helps us get projects launched much faster.

What do you dislike?

iQ is a great product, and don't have any major dislikes. The only challenge we've had is that it's difficult to see where the iQ tag is placed on a domain when we were trying to take the tag off of legacy profiles.

Check out the great extensions available in the iQ library, and chat with Tealium's team on use cases related to your business.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Getting accurate conversion data to engines, and sending custom event data into Google Analytics. Before we had all of our tags consolidated in Tealium IQ, we had difficulty getting correct data in the engines, and were missing out on tracking events. When we started utilizing AudienceStream, this became even more powerful.

Tealium iQ’s ability to embed tags to reduce lag on page load is a game changer for tag management

Nothing great comes without cost, and TIQ isn’t the cheapest product on the market, it it’s worth the investment

"Smooth expericence with the platform"

What do you like best?

I like the new interface and the amount of resources there are.

What do you dislike?

I would like a few more resource videos. I find videos much more helpful than the documentation. More case studies and examples to configure.

How easy it is to see the data layer and configure tags. Also the amount of the resources are great for troubleshooting.

"Great vendor agnostic support"

What do you like best?

There's plenty of well written support articles that clearly explain concepts of every facet within tealiumiq. Whenever I need help these act as a great resource, and if I'm ever within doubt the support team at Tealium are always on hand to resolve our tracking problems.

What do you dislike?

I've had troubles in the past with multiple users adding extensions that are conflicting with one another however these have been addressed both with recent updates to iQ and by speaking to support staff who have made recommendations.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We've been able to dramatically clean up our data quality by using extensions and ensuring data between vendors in much more in line

Tealium is an incredibly power piece of software - in terms of the ability to a) apply tags, but also to manipulate the data into a usable form

What do you dislike?

There are issues with button tracking, link clicks and the ability to follow users through SPA's.
