"Very straightforward system to keep track of and receive evaluations"
What do you like best about TeachBoost?

This is my first year using TeachBoost, and it is very straightforward. The layout is easy enough to navigate, and it's easy for me to upload, review, and edit my work and files. I also appreciate that I can receive feedback through TeachBoost. Everything is in one place as opposed to having multiple paper files and electronic documents everywhere!

What do you dislike about TeachBoost?

Although TeachBoost is simple enough to navigate, it did take a little bit of walking through to "get it." I also wish that the interface was a bit more aesthetically appealing, but that's a minor thing. Overall, the functionality is what matters, and TeachBoost is very functional and does what it's intended to do in our school.

Recommendations to others considering TeachBoost:

If your school is still using paper files and electronic files for teacher evaluations, I'd strongly consider using a program like TeachBoost. It truly does streamline everything, and there's no email/paper/file to keep track of throughout the evaluation process and through the years!

What problems is TeachBoost solving and how is that benefiting you?

TeachBoost is being used for evaluation purposes. I appreciate that everything I upload, write, etc. is viewable by the admin, and whatever the admin provides is also available to me--all in one place! I used to have all these emails, papers, electronic files, etc. to keep track of, and I really love how TeachBoost streamlines all of this and gets rid of the clutter. I can also archive/story things, which is so nice for future evaluations!

"You'll always need feedbacks"
What do you like best about TeachBoost?

I knew about this software just in a point when I was trying to find a tool which allowed me to improve this "feedback" topic because I believe is one of the most important and fundamental topics when it comes to teaching, it will lead to improve your abilities as a professor or teacher and it will be just incredible good for the students and their improvement. You have a great variety of rubrics and templates to work with and customize your teaching process.

What do you dislike about TeachBoost?

I'm still new using it but I like it so far.

Recommendations to others considering TeachBoost:

Have in consideration that this specific kind of software will work even better if you are as creative, dedicate and dynamic as possible. The results will be beyond your expectations. And that's something truly satisfying.

What problems is TeachBoost solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can create coaching programs with instructional purposes; I can not only create but also share practices using the platform and just be involved in every step of the evaluation progress. That's and excellent thing to considerate for me at work and for others co workers using the app as well.

"Teachboost is Top Notch"
What do you like best about TeachBoost?

Easy scheduling and conducting of staff observations in one system. Feedback is available instantly and goal setting makes it a great resource for schools. Set up is minimal, support is good, and single sign-on eliminates multiple passwords.

What do you dislike about TeachBoost?

Requires support team to get the system off the ground. No bulk upload of staff feature. Resources to fix problems on your own are not there. Some of the terminologies around use can be confusing.

Recommendations to others considering TeachBoost:

More front side user-facing editing privileges.

What problems is TeachBoost solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking observations, coaching and feedback cycles along with data.

"TeachBoost is mostly convenient but sometimes frustrating"
What do you like best about TeachBoost?

What I really like about TeachBoost is that is allows me to observe a teacher's lesson plan in action, and live script it. I can later go back into the form and tag evidence and then score them on a given rubric. It is nice to be able to hold the scores until I am ready to share them with the teacher, and can also share them with other administrators in my CMO. The program is fairly easy to roll out to the staff, but does require a good amount of explanation at the get-go.

What do you dislike about TeachBoost?

TeachBoost has different levels of users, where some users have higher authority to make changes than others. I am a mid-range level 3 user, and have some but not all capabilities within the system. If I need something corrected or withdrawn, I find myself having to reach out to a person with a higher level of access than myself, which is time consuming. I also find it difficult to switch the Teacher-Student interaction button in the middle of scripting a lesson plan of one of my teachers, so I end up typing T- and S- rather than use the feature.

What problems is TeachBoost solving and how is that benefiting you?

TeachBoost allows me to evaluate my teaching staff with ease, and share these scores to better their practice.
