I love the way how all my activities related to the food I consume, the physical exercises I do and my health trackers are all consolidated into one visually pleasing report/s, sorted date-wise.
Also the design is simple to work with and understand.
I have the ability to create and save my own exercises and also my own recipes.
Since it is at an earlier stage of development, there are a few bugs here and there.
I hope to get the fitbit integration so that I could track my progress through fitbit watch.
I get to have an overview of the activities I did and the goals I accomplished over the course of the week. This helps me plan the coming week.
Also as a gym trainer, I have the opportunity to keep track of my client's goals as well.
Also since I can compare my goal score rank with my friends, i feel the motivation to to constantly improve my fitness and take a step towards a healthy lifestyle.
I love how it helps me connect with my friends and coaches. Also, being able to manage my daily food consumption is such a good feature, I don't have to calculate my macro's as the app does it for me. The wide amount of options available( like selecting food from restaurants, scanning the barcode of different products) makes it so much easier. Along with this, being able to track my workouts and exercises are great, as the app allows me to create and track my goals. Additionally, all the health data that can be tracked on this app is very detailed. One app for my every need!
Some occasional bugs here and there, a bit are annoying.
If you cannot make time from your daily work life but are a fitness enthusiast, this app helps to track and manage your health in a very efficient way! From food to exercises to other health data(like Heart rate, Supplements, etc), this app can be used to manage everything. Just give it a try!
One of the best things I like about this app is that it has helped me manage my time so effectively. I am kind of a fitness enthusiast but due to work-life, I cannot make enough time to be regular to my gym but Tari has changed all of that, not only can I connect to my coach remotely but also track all the details very easily.
I wasn't ready for this but when I started using the app it simplified the tracking of goals and food.

The interface can be smoother but it's decent
Tari App is best for both Coaches and Clients.
Clients: can connect with friends to share health, fitness, diet goals and progress.
Coach: can view all of their clients and their everyday progress. And log workouts and meals directly into your clients’ app from your Tari App.
While other apps are trying to replace coaches.
The biggest challenge in day-to-day life is to track exercise goals and food. This app proved to be the best way to tackle that problem.
