While there are always the good - and the bad - with things in life, I'll start with the good. I love that Tapz offers great features that are not simply limited to shortening a URL. And, Tapz effectively offers options to engage users with share buttons allowing for the service to be shared with others faster and easier, thus driving traffic to the website.

I would say that perhaps the main drawback for me (there is not much to complain about with it) was access to support when issues were faced. That said, I really have no complaints!

The problems solved with Tapz have been related to engagement with customers/users and driving traffic to the website and service. This ultimately has increased our business performance.

Tapz helps to increase the brand awareness by promotional tool, can customize the long tail URL, allows you to collect customer information through lead form and generate leads from the users. Overall this tool turn data into actionable insights.

The track of ROI is a bit discrepancy measuring due to data quality. The Data Quality and Data Profiling are not up to the mark. And Mobile UI is not effective.

Benefitted with Feedback widget, this product is unique in the marketplace. For rebranding the website it helps a lot to increase the brand visibility in online.

What I like most about this platform is the sheer number of features and offerings that one can choose. The features aren't limited to just shortening and stretching through base feature extensions.

What I do not like is that the features can be very misleading, in that they are more of extensions of base features rather than being standalone features themselves.

The fundamental problems I am trying to solve with Tapz and do so with enough success include URL shortening, lead form creation, social sharing, and building overall customer relationships.
