"Find influencers as easily as casting a commercial"
What do you like best?

The search functionality is totally on point. They have a huge database of influencers that is well categorized and easy to sift through to find exactly what you need.

What do you dislike?

I find the price is a little outrageous for a small agency. The platform has been designed for enterprise level purchasing and re-licensing out to clients - this is really prohibitive when first trying to sell the product to clients as we can't show them results without huge initial investment.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Their database is solid and likely have what you're looking for, if you're willing to pay the price.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

TapInfluence allows us to identify and contact influencers faster than ever before, greatly saving time and energy tracking them down and finding the correct contact info. It also saves us tons of time organizing the influencer programs, communicating campaign elements, etc.

"Identifying influencers at your finger tip"
What do you like best?

It's easy to find influencers with several thousand followers, but finding quality influencers is another story. Tapinfluence have segmentation capabilities which helps makes sure the influencers we choose is within our needs and our clients' standards.

What do you dislike?

Unfortunately there are not a great pool of Asian or Asian American influencers. It would have been great to see influencers at all level of fame with varying amount of success and influence.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I reccomend Tapinfluence continue to innovate such as having a look a like model. Given the social space, spcial platforms is constently changing and influencers' value is determined differently. Tapinfluence should look into having a feature that shows what partnership and brands the influencer have work with in the past.

Tapinfluence makes filtering for influencers easier. Being able to see real-time ROI and reporting is very beneficial and convenient especially when it comes to exporting the report for our team and client.

"TapInfluence is great for research"
What do you like best?

I primarily used Tap to do influencer research. It was effective at filtering through different searches and variables to help us see a wide pool of influencers that we would then look deeper into. Basically Tap was a great starting point for research and then we would go deeper on our own. Tap does have a payment tool that we would occasionally use but there was a fee. It ended up being easier to just pay the influencers on our own. Also, we would occassionaly use Tap to schedule and run the program but this also became cumbersome.

What do you dislike?

I didn't think Tap provided as much detail into influencers' content as other platforms we used. It was pretty surface-level information. However, as said earlier, it was a great place to start research to get a list of influencers to do better vetting into. You couldn't always see their previous partners etc. Also, not a lot of influencers are in the program which would make running campaigns a little difficult.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Know how much and deep into influencer marketing you want to go. If you want something more than just high-level research, Tap might not be for you.
