enjoyable, clean User Interface. Very clean and robust

What do you dislike about Tapdesk?

Nothing so far. Hard to find something, the most requested feature for me is adding Clients db near to Leads db

I have used several different CRM…

I have used several different CRM systems over the past years. For various reasons, I changed them, sometimes they lacked some functionality, but most often it was an excess of them, a feeling of constant fatigue and overwhelming during everyday use. Many CRMs enforce a separate db for Contacts and Organizations. Sometimes it is difficult to combine them in Leads, opportunities, clients. That's why I was still looking for a new CRM to manage Leads. I'm not looking no more. Tabdesk is perfect. Clean, enjoyable UI. Efficient at work. Perfect. Zen. Ideal.

Easy to use, really easy to use. i think thats what makes it different from others.

There is nothing i dislike in Tapdesk, i havent worked with it alot but so far nothing bothered me

What do you like best about Tapdesk?

I was in the process of moving my company when I read about tapdesk. It was a perfect solution for my customer database, a tool with quick access and reminders. They offer great customer service too - very responsive. No company that's hurting to increase their productivity should be without tapdesk. It was a professional decision to make and I'm never going back.

What do you dislike about Tapdesk?

> That I can't change my headers of contacts :(

I was using Excel CRM tools and it was not user-friendly. I really want to switch to Tapdesk and they responded quickly and helpfully after the trial period was up. Tapdesk is the perfect CRM tool. We always know who owes us what and it is easy for our agents to log in and make contact with them.

Easy-To-Use CRM... that's what you need

CRMs can be a pain - but not Tapdesk! Tapdesk allows me to search for prospects and generate leads directly inside the application. This has saved me dozens of hours of prospecting already!

Then, I enroll the prospects into my marketing campaigns and can easily track all of my interactions. This is the CRM I have been looking for.

What do you like best about Tapdesk?

Love the product! I have been hunting for a great, lightweight CRM for a long time, and I finally think this is it. Easy to set up, add contacts, create pipelines and custom fields / tags. Campaigns are easy to set up and implement also.

What do you dislike about Tapdesk?

I had a few challenges at set up, but the team was super quick to support me!

If you want a lightweight CRM, then pick this up!

Great product, excellent team!

A superb lightweight CRM that has really helped me convert new customers, support those I already have, and onboard new customers also. Great campaigns, and reporting features. This is a must have if you're looking for a light weight CRM.

Did I mention how good the support team is?!
