From the admin and company perspective, we are able to attract a wider pool of candidates to apply for jobs with us because we advertise "same day pay available through Tapcheck" in our job ads. Secondly, employee attendance improved because employees know they won't be able to qualify for tapcheck on a particular date unless they have worked.
